This center has been bought out by Regency Centers in Fla. They are a large conglomerate who care only about their bottom line. They abuse their small tenants with unfair and outrageous demands. They threaten to evict you with legal letters if you don't agree with all their unfair terms and conditions. If you are looking to lease space- go anywhere else.They are all about their stockholders bottom line and care little about small business owners. Why do only big box owners deserve to be in business??? This country was built with small business'. Bigger is not better in this case
