The customer service was horrible but we ended up ordering from them anyway since there are not many kids furniture stores around. My daughter's bedroom set was supposed to take about 4 weeks for delivery. I attempted to contact the store on several occasions to find out the status but I never received a phone call back. We finally got the set 7 wks later. I also would not recommend Basset on Glenwood AVe as this store is also owned by the same gentleman and I had nothing but problems with that store as well.
