We have pets so have been hesitant to have our carpet cleaned the traditional "shampoo" way. So was very pleased to recieve a recommendation from one of my neighbors for this service. When I initially called to inquire about the service, products, etc Preston was very informative and professional. Was very , very pleased with the final results! Ferdi and Anthony were truly professional and our carpet looks like new. Would recommend this service to all my friends and family. We loved the service & will use this service in the future.

We had an emergency spill on a Saturday. Carpet Dryclean was the only company I called who would respond that day. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician, Terry, was very friendly and began immediate work on our carpet stains. The stains are completely gone and I now have cleaner that I can use on small spots I may have in the future. This company was great to work with - will use again and recommend to all who ask.

Pros: Immediately responded - fully explained services before their arrival.

Cons: None.

My carpets look the best they have ever looked after using Carpet DryClean . Having used the same company for the last 13 yrs that does steam cleaning, Carpet Dry Clean sussessfully removed stains that the other has been anable to remove for yrs! I was very impressed with the service also. Miguel Polo did an excellent of demonstrating before hand. I would reccommend this company!!!

Pros: quick service, job well done

Cons: left a cleaner smell for a day but it was gone by day 2

I used Carpet DryClean for the first time today. It was incredible. I have a new baby so I wanted my carpet cleaned safely. Miguel was able to remove stains that had been there for 11 years and that I had tried to remove myself but to no avail. He was so polite and professional. He took the time to address my concerns and to give me many helpful pointers on how to maintain my "new carpet" look. I will tell everyone I know about this remarkable company. The quality and service is amazing. I truly am blown away at the experience.

My husband and I wanted to look into a zero residue method of cleaning the carpets in our newly purchased home due to the asthma issues of both our children and myself. After some research online and calling around for quotes, I was extremely impressed with Earl's quick reply to my email requesting a general quote and answers to a few questions. He also followed up within an hour or so with a phone call. He was professional, courteous, helpful and thorough without being pushy. After making the decision to use their company, I called back and they were able to quickly make an appointment for me at my convenience as I am a teacher and currently tracked out with my children. The day of the appointment, some of their staff finished early at a prior appointment and they called me to see if I wanted someone to come earlier in the day or stick with my afternoon appointment, whichever was most convenient for me! Ferdi and Anthony were amazingly professional, polite as well as friendly. They were efficient and unbelievably fast! They moved everything I asked them to, even though I offered to move any furniture that they might not be comfortable moving. Everything looked and smelled great, no mess left behind. Ferdi took the time to explain everything ahead of time to me regarding each stage of the process and afterwards with my husband when he got home prior to their leaving. They were able to get numerous stains out of the carpet that the previous owners left behind. We will definitely refer others and use them again!

Pros: Professional, efficient, fast, carpets look and smell great, no wetness to deal with

Cons: none so far!

We had a drain pipe break behind the refrigerator in our kitchen that manifested in breaking through the drywall and into the carpet in one of our clothes closets. This left a foul smelling water stain that needed to be professionally cleaned. I had one company out to do the job, but was not to my satisfaction. The plumbing company that caused this problem when putting new pipes in the house, agreed to send another cleaning company out that they assured us would be able to get this stain out. From the minute that the two gentlemen with Carpet Dryclean came to the door, I felt confident that they would get the job done. They were in uniform with their names clearly scripted on their shirts (Carlo and Marlon). Carlo explained what they would be doing and proceeded to get the job done within a reasonable time. I appreciated his honesty in letting me know that being that we have Bourber carpet, the shade of the carpet may not be uniform when it dries, but guaranteed that the musty smell would be gone. I was pleased with their professionaism and would highly recommend them. They were even courteous enough to ask to use the bathroom instead of just assuming that they could. Since the plumbing company picked up the bill, I can't speak to how their prices compare to other similar companies, but they do quality work.

I have nothing but positive feedback for these guys. They came to my home right on time, actually called first, were polite, diligent and addressed each of my concerns. I was very happy with the results and satisfied that it wasn't going to harm my pets. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is the first time we have used a professional carpet cleaning service and we are extremely pleased! The process took about 2 hours for a space including a large living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 flights of stairs. The team was friendly and professional as well as conscientious - they went back over to inspect for any spots after the job was completed and re-treated an area that had bad pet odors. We have cats and they leave a lot of stains everywhere, which were all removed with this process. The process is almost like magic - it uses powder and does not use water, so it's completely dry and also non-toxic (great for pets!). It was nice to be able to return the rooms back to normal afterward without worrying about drying or damage to wood furniture. Victor and his team gave us a demonstration to explain how it all worked before getting started. We called in the morning and were able to get an appointment for the same afternoon. Victor gave us a clear cost estimate beforehand, and there were no changes or hidden charges. It was a little more expensive than the steam cleaning services I've seen advertised, but I am so please with the results and the overall experience (quick, efficient, no drying time) that I will continue to use Carpet DryClean. I highly recommend it!!!

Pros: Effectiveness of the dry-cleaning process...all stains removed and carpet bright again

Cons: A little more expensive than alternative (traditional) carpet cleaning processes.
