For the large-busted woman, this store is the best place to shop. I desperately needed a new bra after nursing my son. I went in on a lunch break and 15 minutes later I was walking out with 2 well-fitting bras. The owner helped me find the best fit, even though it turned out not the be the most expensive bra I tried on. Some of the bras were high-priced, but my bras were $38 which is not any more expensive than a store at the mall. I have been back several times. My $38 bras are almost a year old and still look brand new. The quality is worth the price and the service was all that you could ask for.

I am so glad I didn't listen to the negative feedback! I am so happy with my experience here! I got a personalized fitting (which i was made to feel very comfortable!) where a got a personalized fit! She then brought in such a huge variety of bras, which i could never find with my size before. They were cute, colorful, and most importantly a wonderful, supportative fit! I left with 4 bras and special detergent for them today, while ordering a specialty strapless for my size! I will definantly be back, and recommend all my friends!!!
Pros: Customer service, selection, high quality and wide variety!
Cons: Slightly pricey, but its expected for such quality!!!

When you are large chested and need new bra's bad reviews or not you go to check out the place. I was glad I was not put off by the reviews. The owner worked with me until we found something that fit properly and looked nice. She was very honest. We had one bra that fit nice but made me look like a sumo wrestler she straight out told me that wasn't the bra for me. She brought me a different bra that was actually less expensive and we both agreed that fit me better. Price wise I thought their prices were great. The bra's I normally purchase are $58 a piece this new brand she showed me was $38 boy was I happy. Another bra I purchased was $45 and I normally have purchased the same brand online and elsewhere for about $48 - $52 so prices aren't bad. You need to realize once you go up past a DD you are going to have to pay money for a good fitting bra. Especially if you range from and E to J cup. Also for you women out there who think you look frumpy its that you are not wearing the right size bra. Department stores that measure you put you in a larger band and smaller cup so they can make a sale because they don't carry the larger cups. This won't happen here because they carry all the larger cups so you will get the proper size bra. For example a person who really is a 36H would be placed in a 42DDD or 44DD bra in a department store since their cups do not go higher. Now you tell me how much support that will give you. This place is definitely worth checking out. especially if you don't like the bra's you have now. Go check it out and just buy one bra to see if its worth it. If you like it go back and get more. I purchased 3 and am going back next week to order more.
Pros: Large selection, prices are reasonable,
Cons: Limited stock not all items are displayed there are things in back they can bring in. If you want to purchase more than 2 of certain sizes in one style you might have to order it and come backl

After reading the bad reviews on this site about the Pennywise Bra Patch, I decided to see how "bad" it was. It was great. The new owner, Ruth, is helpful and personable. Twenty minutes after walking through the front door with no idea what size bra I now wear, I walked out with three bras and two pairs of underwear. I could have parked in the 15-minute parking space! The bad reviews predate the new owner's purchase of the business, so give it a try. I was not thrilled with my "new" bra size, but it is the correct size whether I like it or not. Who wants to go from a 36C to a 32Long?
Pros: personal attention, friendly staff
Cons: a little pricey, but worth it if you get the right size

I was worried when I saw the other reviews, but when you have a tiny body and extremely large breasts there are few options. I am so glad I didn't listen to the few dissatisfied customers. There was a continual stream of customers at the store which I think is a testiment to its quality. As long as you wait your turn, you will get whatever you need. Everything isn't displayed, but I told the woman I needed something that would work under a strapless dress (tiny waist, large breasts) and she brought me exactly what I needed and I wasn't even sure it existed! I actually spent half what I was anticipating.
Pros: great selection for large busted women
Cons: you definitely have to ask for help cause everything isn't displayed

I was recommended to go to the Bra Patch to find a bustier to wear under my wedding dress. The shop was dingy and run down and the owner didn't even acknowledge my presence for about ten minutes. She was busy helping other customers, but the least she could have said was "I'll be with you in a couple of minutes." When she finally decided to help me, she put me in the changing room, measured me, pronounced me a size, criticized the bra I was currently wearing (it was laundry day, what does she want from me?) and brought out a bustier. She didn't even finish putting it on me before she said it was too big and she went and retrieved a smaller size. The smaller size made me look HORRIBLE. It was way too tight, and when she removed it, I had marks on my skin. She didn't ask me what I was looking for in a bustier (namely, one that I can breath in but that supports me) she just expected me to buy the one thing she let me try on. I told her I'd have to come back with my dress to try them on together and high-tailed it out of there. I'm not going back.
Pros: large sizes
Cons: limited selection, rude service, dingy shop

I had called the day before to get store hours, told "owner" (I guess never introduced herself) that I would be driving in (two hours away) the next day had wanted to be fitted for a Pennyrich, asked about appointments and was told "it's first come, first serve"...I thought okay... Got there the next day around 2ish and when I enter and announced that I had called, the young girl said, "sorry she just left to pick up friend at hospital....but I can fit you"....I'm thinking okay....the girl measured me and said she got a 36 (now mind you I haven't been a 36 in years) acted like she didn't want to touch me and then brought in a 36 (which I couldn't even get fastened) then brought in a 38, which fit but then I asked, "Is this a Pennyrich bra?" and she replied, "Oh not, I can't fit those, they are totally different sizes." I asked her to call the "owner" who replied that if I wanted to wait, she might be back in an hour or so....needless to say I wasn't waiting.....agree with the other reviews, I will never darken their doors again...went to Belk, they had fitters on site and bought a Playtex product.....

owner did fitting for me. I did leave with a bra. Three hours later I was ripping it off. Worst bra I have ever worn. I called to ask if there were any exceptions to her return policy. She said, too bad, I was happy when I left. She was rude on the phone. I told her that I would be sure to tell others of my experience with her customer service. She said THATS OK, IM SURE EVERYONE THAT KNOWS YOU KNOWS WHAT YOUR LIKE, AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! Not only was I not rude, I had been hoping for a peaceful solution. I am not only a very nice person to do business with, I am also a business owner and know the value of good customer service. I will never get near her shop again. I hope that she learns the value of her customers. Faith0399
Cons: NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been there a few times and found the owner a little snobby and standoffish. My mother went to get fitted, bought a bra and ordered another one. I went to pick up the second bra and when I told my mom I had she said that I shouldn't have since it didn't fit her right. When she came back into town we returned to see if we can do an exchange. Everything was still in the bag, never opened. The owner asked what was the problem and my mom told her it didn't fit. The owned got nasty and said it was my mothers fault that it didn't fit. Once my mom was walking out the door and said she would never come back the owner said, no wait hold on we can do an exchange or something. No Thank You!!
Pros: can order any size
Cons: rude, location

This is the only place I can find a bra to fit. I wear a 42II. They are custom fitted at no extra charge and are as low priced here as anywhere on the internet. I've been a customer for 17 years.
Pros: personal attention, good hours, price
