Davis Plastic Surgery

I am a minority female who admittedly "frowns" upon cosmetic surgery but finally decided (after much hesitation, prayer, diet and excercising) to have a tummy tuck after delivering my child years ago that left me with a very weak, flabby stomach that wouldn't GO AWAY!! I finally decided in January 2007 to proceed with a consult after my own investigative research. I contacted Dr. Davis's office and had my consultation the same month...by February I was scheduled for my surgery. Why??!! Because from start to finish I found Dr. Davis and his team to be efficient, professional and pleasant. I, as other reviewers, found Dr. Davis to have excellent credentials but the single thing that won me over was his sincerity. Dr. Davis made sure that my expectations of the surgery results were realistic even going as far as to HONESTLY tell me "some but not all of your stretch marks will go away and there will be a significant scar that would visually improve over time". He was "real" and didn't tie it up with a bow or play on my insecurities in the hope of obtaining "the perfect body". He then went on to remark on what he felt was the unsafe practices on some of these reality tv plastic surgery shows by performing various procedures simultaneously..that's the moment I KNEW Dr. Davis was the doctor for me and that I wanted to proceed with little or no doubt. In closing, the surgery exceeded my expectations..scary? yes...painful? yes...but I recovered MUCH quickly and less painfully than I expected and I give MUCH praise and thanks to Dr. Davis and his team. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Dr. Davis and although my plastic surgery days are over, he and his team made it truly a safe and satisfying experience.

Their botox clinician is fabulous, and their prices are amazing -- half the price of what I would have paid in the Chapel Hill area. I'm totally happy with the results and loved saving all that money!

I did a lot of research before I chose Dr. Davis. I went to several other doctors, and none of theothers were as thorough as Dr. Davis. I felt that because of his many years of experience and the great results I saw in his before and after pictures, that he was the best person to do my facelift. The day of the surgery, the staff ws very warm and calming, and I was happy to be in a private operating room, and not a sterile hospital. I was also happy to have a doctor do the anesthesia. So I had 2 doctors with me the whole time--I felt very safe!! I am thrilled with the results and consider myself blessed to have chosen this team to make it happen. My "Extreme Makeover" (which is very natural looking) was a very rewarding experience. I recommend him to all my friends!

Dr. Davis is just the best! I recently had a breast augmentation with him and I am THRILLED with the results! I visited a few other doctor's in the triangle area for a consultation, and decided to go with Dr. Davis. He made me feel very comfortable and knowledgable about the procedure. He never pushed his opinions on me (like some plastic surgeons do), but guided me with his expert advise. The staff was warm and compassionate and instantly made me feel apart of their family. They answered my hundreds of questions with patience and understanding. All my friends continue to tell me how great I look...but all my credit goes to Dr. Davis. I recommend him with the highest praise!

Pros: location of practice, expertise of surgeon, super friendly and helpful staff

I in no way doubt Dr. Davis is a credible, well-established plastic surgeon in this area. However, after what I went through, I wish I would have done more research or maybe even found someone more personable or someone who would have showed me more ability in compassion than pride. During the consultation, he and his office staff were very kind, knowledgable, and came off as caring; naturally, since this is in fact a business. First surgery went fine in terms of the actual surgery and recovery. The length of time in surgery was awful short in my opinion after reading about anticipated surgery times. But, all went as expected and they followed up nicely. I was impressed actually (although this was my first cosmetic procedure with nothing to compare it to). The problem was clearer months later when, at least in large part at the fault of the first surgery, not 'your body' this and that you will find doctors say to abate the wrong on their part if a procedure doesn't turn out as planned, this area of my body was terribly misshapen. Dr. Davis confirmed another surgery to correct it, however, not with great respect to what I was going through nor much regard to the fact that he had something to do with the problem. Even though I paid again, everything from that point on seemed like a burden, a terrible waste of his time, and negliable for me to think or say to him and I could blantenly tell by his tone and disgust the day of the second surgery when I was nervous and wanted to be certain of the procedure that was to be done that day. I have great respect for health professionals as my son wants to become one and my best friend is one. And I believe Dr. Davis is talented. However, I just felt it necessary to voice my experience and let it be known that it is a risk. I would have still had the first procedure done (maybe elsewhere having known); I just wish I had been followed through a little better and treated differently during my second surgery experience.

I had liposuction one time before about 7 years ago and was left uneven and unsatisfied with the result. And although I'm thin, size 6, I still had saddlebags and areas of fat on my hips and buttocks that did not respond to diet and excercise. My body was changing as I was getting older and I no longer had the hips and buttocks of a 25 yr old. but wanted them back! Dr. Davis did my liposuction a couple of weeks ago and he did an amazing job. He removed over a gallon of fat, and I didn't think there was that much to remove, but I'm not complaining! He was an excellent surgeon, and sculpted my body to give me the look I wanted. I say go to Dr. Davis for liposuction!!!!

Pros: the doctor had better credentials than any other surgeon in Raleigh

Cons: had to wait awhile to get an appointment for consultation.

Dr. Davis and his entire staff are just great. I had a breast oggmentation by him and this is the best summer I've ever had. I love the attention I'm getting. The price for surgery was great and they helped me to get financing that worked with my budget. it was so easy. The recovery was not bad at all. I think everyone should go to Dr. Davis for all plastic surgery. He is very nice and so are the people in his office. I can't wait for spring break.

Dr. Davis is excellent. He listens to patients and offers suggestions that fit what the patient wants and needs. He did an outstanding job for my procedures and offered less radical suggestions than what I thought I needed. I was very pleased with the outcome. The staff was very helpful. The Aesthetic Medispa also offers great services and are expert at their procedures. They have the best procedures and equipment available for the non-surgical options. I believe this is the best place to go in the Triangle for plastic surgery and skin consultation. I was impressed that Dr. Davis was voted one of the best doctors in the country also.

Whatever you're thinking about doing, please go see Dr. Davis. I spent a lot of time researching plastic surgeons in the Raleigh area, and I am so thankful that I went to Dr. Davis. He explains everything, both pros and cons, and will answer all of your questions with patience and understanding. I felt so very confident in his abilities since he is one of the most well-respected doctors in North Carolina, if not the entire country. Best of all, his staff is so friendly and professional. I recommend Dr. Davis very enthusiastically. Elective surgery is not something to take lightly, so you need to go to the best doctor, regardless of the price (although I found his pricing very in-line with the national average, and they have great financing available). The bottom line: my results are out of this world and I am SO HAPPY I did it.

go to Dr. Davises office. the girls look like supwermodels. They are super pretty with the kind of plastic surgery I wanted. Dr. Davis is very successfull. He drives a juguar. His wife is gorgoues, smart warm friendy and they are so happy and so in love. He is so handsome and she is so beautiful, they clearly are so smitten with each other. I was taken care of not just by a very handsome plastic surgeon but by his whole family. The feeling of love in the office is great. They made financing easy. I mean you didn,'t have to have all this money around. Some office wouldn't even finance if you were under 20. Not Dr. Davis. He is the best!
