I am so please with Watkins. I walked in and got help right away. I needed to send flowers out of the state to my mom and I was in and out within 5 minutes! I picked out the flowers she would get in a beautiful crystal vase and added a box of truffles. Highly Recommended!
Pros: Wonderful people and a beautiful shop!
Cons: don't have any! Watkins is great!

I stopped by to order my Valentine's day arrangement for my wife and what a selection Watkins had. There were about 15 Valentine's day arrangements to choose from and you could add anything you wanted too it so I added her favorite chocolate candy and a little stuffed animal.

I am new in town and I needed some flowers to cheer myself up so I went into their 24 hour vending and got a georgous arrangement and it even had a smiley face balloon which really made my day! I would highly recommend Watkins!

I called Watkins on May 29 to order flowers for delivery on June 4. I was assured that this was no problem and spent considerable time discussing the kinds of flowers for the arrangement and also the reason for the delivery being Monday for a friend opening a new office and Monday being the exact day for delivery. The flowers were not delivered and Watkins said "we over looked your order and are really sorry", then offered to add a few extra flowers to the arrangement and deliver on Tuesday. They called me at 4:59 PM on June 4 to tell me this so was too late to have anyone else get them out today. This was infuriating and unnecessary since they had the order for 6 days. They could have offered to deliver the flowers for FREE on Tuesday, but to offer a few extra flowers is insultling. I have called Fallons and am told that they will deliver flowers to my friend on Tuesday, but sadly I have missed the fun of getting the flowers delivered on the first day in the new office. I would NOT recommend this florist to anyone!

Cons: FAIL TO DELIVER FLOWERS AS ORDERED, POOR RESOLUTION OF PROBLEM
