Not too long ago. I was traveling on Blount Street when a driver for Cardinal Cab took a right turn in front of me even though my light was green. To make matters worse he was in a turning lane only and he rode it all the way out just to cut in front of me. Then after I moved in another lane, he eventually got in front of me and parked suddenly on side of road where I almost ran into him. They need to make sure all there cab drivers know how to drive. I would have been scared to death to be in the back of that cab.

I called twice to confirm that they would pick me up, both times a very sleepy or very inebriated operator assured me that someone would be right there, and I ended up waiting for 45 minutes before giving up and walking to where I was going. I was massively late, and the cab company never called me back. They obviously failed to even document either of my requests for a cab, let alone actually show up.

Cons: failure to show up
