I was treated so poorly a couple of days in a row at the S. Saunders Street location that I now try to avoid shopping at that store. I agree with previous post...some of the cashiers could really use some training in customer service. It's very seldom that I find a smiling and cheerful person at the checkout, but my worst experience was with a woman at the customer service desk!!! So arrogant and dismissive. I just go to BJs in Cary now for the most part.

In a bad area of town. Cashiers sometimes rude. Not enough check out lines open. There are often people out in the parking lot asking for money. Capital Blvd. store has a better selection of things in stock and is kept cleaner.
