Color me biased, but I find Smithfield's to be the best anywhere, the BBQ to which all others are compared against...and their chicken?...big chickens indeed....fixens?.... mmmmmmmm.... their beans are bottom of barrel (best as they get) with their BBQ pork replacing the usual hunk of lard usually found in other places beans... don't take my word for it...get your backside to smithfield's and try to prove me wrong :)
Pros: website, cheap, friendly staff

An absoliutely supurb resturant chain - In every instance and and all locations just a great place to dine with outstanding food, service and very economical - - a family experience - -Do it !!

My wife and I were at Smithfields at Jones Sausage rd. outside of Raleigh N.C. on Saturday Aug. 17 2002 at 6 pm. We have been to Smithfields before and knew of there great food.This one was a new location but same great BBQ and wonderful service. The people who operate these Smithfields restaurants make you feel like family. Fast service,clean dining area, and restrooms.Oh and did I mention the great food.
Pros: inexpensive, Good parking, great food

because you won't be able to walk when you leave. The BBQ is wonderful along with chicken to die for. Helpful hint- The difference between a fried chicken meal and a fried chicken snack is the removal of a very small side item. You still get a LOT of meat!
