Maybe the best sports bar in the Triangle (hint: not a place for your first date). Owner Ted has put together a great team of people, including Erin the lovely and talented bartender. Ted is from Buffalo, so you will get REAL wings here, as hot as you want 'em. Great place to watch football/basketball. Good daily specials for lunch as well. A good crowd of regulars, friendly and outgoing. Darts, pool, bigscreens; what more could you ask for?

Pros: Wings, good bear cheap, good service

Cons: Bathrooms need a renovation

I absolutely love going to the Upper Deck in Cary. This place is awesome, and I'm happy to say that I'm a regular! There is something for everyone at the Deck. Monday nights are Texas Hold 'Em poker tournaments, as well as Saturdays during the day. Wednesday and Friday nights are Luck of the Draw dart matches. Friday nights at the Deck are a blast! Local bands play a live show from 10PM-2AM. Saturdays are great too. Garnetta and April run their Saturday night karaoke show from 10PM-1:30 or so. The Deck has some of the best bartenders and servers I've ever seen. These girls are fantastic at taking care of their customers. Sarah bartends on Fridays and Lisa bartends on Saturdays.....you gotta see how these girls handle a whole bar full of people.....it's amazing! All of the girls are great though!!! The food is really good for bar food. The fish fry is delicious and the garbage platter is a great one to try. The Upper Deck has a lot of draft beers to choose from as well as a good selection of domestic and import bottles. Ted and Ronnie are the owners of the Upper Deck, and they have done an exceptional job at turning this place around. It is a very good place to have a very good time. You gotta try it sometime!

Pros: staff, service, entertainment

Cons: need more shot specials

They entertain like no other show I've ever seen. They can sing for ya or with ya and you'll have a blast.Oh...if it's your birthday, just tell the beautiful blonde karaoke lady and she'll sing a Marilyn Monroe style happy birthday that will rock your world! Sure did mine! Go check 'em out and become a faithful regular like I have.Food aint' too bad either!

This place has something different going on almost every night. The "regulars" I have met are very nice and everyone only had great things to say about this bar. I agree...This is my new "hang-out".

Pros: Staff, Music, TV's

Cons: Parking tight on Fri

The quintessential sports bar where the food is as good as the television reception.  See the full editorial review.
