My family has now worked with Design Works Studio on three homes. We primarily work with the owner but the entire staff is friendly and easy to work with. We keep coming back because they are fantastic at being able to use my personal taste to make the end result stylish and sophisticated while still being comfortable. Plus, they have a ton of vendors to choose from so we ended up with some very unique pieces that we would have never found on our own.
Pros: easy to work with, keep you informed throughout the process, LOVE the end result!
Cons: sometimes the furniture takes awhile to get but it's up to the manufacturer and they always let you know upfront

They will never give you an upfront price on anything. They expect for you to pick items and then receive a quote. How can anyone shop without prices?!?! All of their prices are ridiculously inflated and they expect for you to buy everything from them when they don't give you the time of day. They were the only thing wrong with my home building experience and I worked directly with the owner. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
Pros: they have lots of connections
Cons: Customer Service is non- exsistent, they won't make time for you, they don't value your business
