I'd say their flowers and arrangements are top-notch, and their service is great too. So sorry for the guy that apparently had bad service (kind of hard to tell from his rambling, incredibly hard-to-read tirade), but I think their service is awesome, and has been every time I've used them (as well as friends of mine that use them too). You can get cheaper flowers by going online or to a grocery store, but their prices are comparable to other flower shops, and you won't have to hope you get a quality arrangement (very possible to get a sorry arrangement with a cheaper option). So, overall, I'd say that if you really care about the arrangement, then use this shop!
