My experience was at the BEAVERCREEK Kid to Kid but it sounds like the Crossroads location is just as bad. Terrible service, very rude and you get NOTHING for your high-end clothes. As someone else stated, I would rather donate my clothes to deserving people than have my clothes essentially stolen from me. As for buying clothes, I occasionally found cute things, but nothing I was excited about. Most of the clothes are ratty and very worn. Buyer and, especially seller, BEWARE!!!
