I've had several dealings with CS and they are always WONDERFUL. Super friendly, very helpful, and not to mention the DELICIOUS candy! Chocolate Smiles is siimply put: THE BEST! I give it a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!!!
Pros: EVERYTHING! Clean store, nice employees, wonderful candy
Cons: THERE ARE NONE!

Chocolate Smiles has a new owner that is all smiles! She is friendly and strives to make sure your order is done right. She does a beautiful job on gift baskets and the chocolates are delicious. If you haven't been back, it's time to give it another try.
Pros: Actually makes chocolates onsite.

Don't make the same mistake I did and ignore the bad reviews previously posted. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and suffered for it. Employees were consitently rude, my order wasn't ready when I arrived (though I had confirmed earlier), I did not receive what I ordered and paid for, and I was not offered a refund for their mistake. I cannot believe this place is in business. The owner literally screamed at me over the phone when I informed her that I received the wrong order.
