Brought a bike in for an overhaul, what a mistake. It was one week over due then when I picked it up my cables were still not replaced. They had worn to the point of snapping but were overlooked by the tech, how he missed it I don't know. Maybe they didn't do what was asked of them. Their bike selection has dropped and is no longer as diverse as it was.

Very nice selection of bikes. Great location. Staff are pretty arogant, though, and not too bright.
