John and all the other members have been prompt, extremely available, and helpful for all types of questions. Computer knowledge in our office has grown, and things have been explained clearly and accurately. He has had to integrate home links, intra-office links, and has had to deal with less than perfect support from an outside software group that our office is dependent on. He has managed to balance them all. Great personality with great communication skills and lots of patience. Others in group have seemed equally good, although we haven't dealt with them as often. I have used Xpert Technology to work on our computers in my offices, and they were very fast in responding to our needs, used terms we could understand, no GEEK speak, and resolved our issues quickly. Great team to work with!!! Highly recommended.

John and his company have been a great asset to my business. His computer skills and personal service are second to none. While have a problem getting my computers to talk to each other, I made a comment to John, concerning my difficulties. He said, did you check your anti-virus settings. I went and checked them and that solved the problem. Anyone else would have wanted to come out and look at my system and charge me a service call. John's experience saved both of us a lot of time and trouble, not to mention $$$$$. Thanks John.

Having John come and work on my office computer system was a pleasure. He was prompt, thorough, curteous and exuded confident competence. What a pleasure. He set me up for back-ups and security. I find it easy and comfortable to use.

We have been working with John for several years and couldn't ask for a more personable, knowledgeable, accessible person to have supporting our computer needs. He is quick to respond to phone calls and will come to the office immediately when a crisis arises. We have never had to wait for service. The company does routine maintenance to head off problems and keeps us up to date when new technology is available that would benefit us. They do not ever push us to replace equipment that is performing well just to create business for themselves. The approach is always friendly and never condescending despite our lack of computer expertise. We can always count on them to solve our problems whether minor or major in a timely fashion. The policy of being able to buy blocks of time rather than having a monthly fee has saved us a significant amount of money compared to our old service. I am pleased to recommend John and Xpert Technology.

XTS is rich with talent & great people. North Carolina was a lucky state when these folks moved to town! They are hard working, always quick to respond, and show intelligence & experience in their resolutions. I highly recommend XTS, they've earned all 5 stars!

I am a certified technopeasant and the staff of Xpert Technology Solutions never makes me feel like one. I never feel talked down to or sold a product I don't need. There is never a ridiculous question and the experts at Xpert speak in regular english so I know what's going on. Fast, reliable and considerate service. I wouldn't trust my technology needs to anyone else!

Xpert Technologies has provided excellent service to our busy plastic surgery practice over the past several years becoming an integral part of our organization. During our office's recent move, John and his partner, Jonathan Habers, seamlessly relocated all of our hardware, server and software during an overnight move allowing us to be up and running the next morning. They give us sound advice on state-of-the-art equipment aligning our IT needs strategically with our operational growth. The versatility of their expertise was demonstrated when I recently recommended them to an large general contracting company and they gave them excellent reviews. I cannot imagine managing our business without their support. Xpert Technologies customer service model and performance standards truly reach beyond the gold-standard.

I just can't say enough about XPert. Since I opened my business I have used them several times. They are always professional and friendly, and the service is great. I can save so much time just picking up the phone and calling John. I just let the "Xperts" handle it while I go about my own business. I say, give them a try, you won't be sorry.

If you need quick response time to fix your IT headaches there is no other call to make other than Xpert Technology Solutions. Their response time, service, and prices are second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any computer related issues. They are also fantastic at the installation of any new computer system, networking, wiring, and data security. When you hire Xpert Technology Solutions you get someone who can convey the situation at your level. They don't fit the profile of "computer geeks" rather consummate professionals that know how to get the job done right the first time. Thanks guys!
