Precision TV Repair - After Hours Service

I called this company on a Monday, and had my TV repaired by Wednesday afternoon!! I was very impressed with the in-home service. The technician researched my specific TV before coming to my home, and had the TV working in about an hour! He even called ahead, and showed up earlier than the anticipated service time. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm glad I did some checking before getting service - the TV manufacturer recommended another service company, who wanted me to bring the TV to them (impossible with a large set), and would have kept it for a week or so.

Pros: Very friendly, knowledgable service

My TV broke yesterday evening; I looked on the internet to see if there was a company that could come out to give me an estimate and fix my TV. I saw this company and another one. I spoke to a tech at both companies about the problem I was having. They both gave about the same answer but The after Hours TV Service seemed more knowledgeable about the problem. I was hesitant about having them come out because of the lousy review. I decided to take a chance. I called the after hours TV Service back and told them I wanted to schedule a time for them to come out and fix my TV. They told me over the phone what possible could be the problem and what it would take to fix it. They also worked around my schedule and the gentleman that came to fix the TV was very pleasant. He fixed the problem and the price that I was quoted on the phone was higher than what he charged me to fix the TV. Sometimes you just have to go with your gut feelings. I would recommend this service to everyone. Thanks again for fixing my TV.

excellent service! I called on a Saturday about 4:00 and they had a tech come right out when it was convenient for me. the quote matched the final price and I haven't had any problems. Very stand up company, very impressed!

fixed my Samsung Television, television on first visit, very impressed in technician, very knowlegeble, after repair he showed me ways to make my picture look amazing, company very upfront, i called in and asked for a rough estimate on repair after completion was within ten dollars, so no suprises. I am a owner of service business my self and i was very please with this company...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I called this company and was told it would be $89.95 for the mobile TV repair charge to come to my home. I was also told that the $89.95 would go towards the repair to the television repair. The tech arrived at my home helped me take the TV down from above my fireplace (which my wife and I put up there) and he couldn't handle his end and let the TV rest on my mantle, which took a big hunk of wood off. Then once the TV was on the floor he got his laptop out and said he had the repair manual for my TV on his laptop. My fault code was diagnosed as a fan fault. He said all the fans were spinning and he made sure the connections were good, and then took out a can of air and sprayed the back of the TV. The TV would now power on...which he said "Were all good now" Which I told him that I could get the TV to power on sometimes too. He said let me look if there is anything else I should check and said he was going to look on the internet. Which he then was searching for open wireless networks in my neighborhood. He then said here is your bill! $125.- I said for what!!!!? You haven't done anything!!!! You took a can of air to the back of my TV! You and I both know this problem will be back! He said just call us back and the $125.- will go towards the repair! I would never use this company ever again!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!!
