Unfortunately I decided to go there, the Non welcoming person said it will take up to an hour, I put the car and went with dad to drink coffee and guess what the car is still out... Car went in, and I wish it didnt, he said u see it need shoes, breaks, and resurface, I already knew that DA I can hear the noise... The car was already disassembled back and front, and I already spent 2.5 hours waiting, so I decided to go with them, can u imagine parts ( shoes, and pads, 138$ so I asked can i bring the parts, he said it wont be warranted, and he looked at me like I dont want to fix ur car ) Man what a bad experience... Well I really did need to get this car done before the end of the day and I cannot just take it out and send it to another place. They charged me 30 $ for the CHEAPEST oil available, and he saw that the car has more 100 K miles, and still he put the regular one what a shame... I just told him to make oil change, I expected that they will treat the car they way it should be treated but Nope... Any way the job cost was 275$ If I went to Ace I would have paid max of 150, can u imagine 125 rip off... thats bad.. I will never go there again, even if my car broke infront of them I will pay a tow car to send it somewhere else and not feel that am ripped... If you want to spend money with no reason go there, if you want to meet a non friendly customer service go there, if you want to regret fixing you car go there.. Thats my experience with them, I hope that I helped…...
Pros: Probably warranty
Cons: So expensive, 2 hours to inspect and 4 to fix, not friendly customer service, waiting area is not comfortable..

I usually refuse to go to a repair shop of any kind without my spouse. I admit I don't know much about car repair, maintanance etc. But, I don't think my ignorance should be permission to "stiff the lady". Anyway, one day I suspected my car was in need of care and called AAMCO RTP to get some estimates to have it looked at. I was surprised to speak with a very patient (remember my ignorance) and kind manager. After not being scared away by potential cost of a general diagnosis I decided to be brave and take my car in by myself. Once again I was greeted by the kind manager who again explained that they would give me estimates and wait for my approval to do anything. When I received the call about my car I gripped my chair expecting the worst. Well, I finally fessed up and admitted that I know little about the parts of my car that they said needed work. To my surprise the head technician came to the phone and explained what I could not grasp. AAMCO RTP is fair, kind and pleasant to deal with. I have never said this regarding a car repair shop.
Pros: professionalism, approachabiltiy
