Borja, A Day Spa

This spa is by far my favorite in the Raleigh-Durham area. I love massages, so I've been to many spas - but the services I've enjoyed at Borja have been some of the best I've ever experienced. The services are a full hour, so you get more for your money, and the staff are warm and attentive. They even give you extra time at the end of your service to relax. I never feel rushed. The wrap-around porch is air-conditioned in the summer and so cozy in the winter. It's fabulous. Love this place. You will too!

Pros: Full-hour treatments, massage by candlelight, organic lotions, beautiful setting!

I came back to Cary to see my mom and so she scheduled a spa day for us. Normally we go to Von Kekel but she saw how great the reviews were for Borja and so she made us an appointment so we could try it out. I will never go to Von Kekel again, or anywhere else for that matter. The service was impecible and the staff was extremly friendly. We walked in and immediatly felt at home, it was true southern hospitality. I would highly recommend this place to any woman wanting to get away and be truly pampered.

I went to Borja with a friend of mine and had a day at the spa and it was wonderful! I must say what stood out the most was the facial Jamie gave me! I have had several facials before but nothing compared to the one she gave me. I was so relaxed I felt like I was in another world. I have had extractions at other spas where it hurt so bad I could not continure with them...Jamie extracts so gently and throughly using steam I could not hardly feel it.... Thanks for such a wonderful day Borja!

I have been going to Borja A Day Spa for quite a while now. Jennifer is friendly and helpful, and my brows have never looked so good. Each time I go in for a waxing appointment, I enjoy not only my service, but also talking with her. Manicures and pedicures with Carlos are incredibly relaxing and fun! He is such a dynamic personality and demonstrates excellence in everything that he does. The staff at Borja are the best you will find. I've been to other spas where I felt I was being rushed in and out, or the staff was rude and genuinely uninterested in their clientele. Each person I've encountered, both staff and customers, at Borja are friendly, making sure that you always feel comfortable. Apart from the superior customer service, the atmosphere is perfect. Located in dowtown Cary, the spa is in a gorgeous historic home. Each room has relaxing music, a soft color palette, beautiful antiques and Victorian pictures. The spa is beautiful, inside and out! I have not had the pleasure of experiencing any of their other services yet, but I am certain that any service offered by Borja A Day Spa is far beyond what you would receive at any other area salons! Thanks, Jennifer & Chuck for bringing such a jewel to Cary!!

I recently went to Borja for a message and saw Hope. It was honestly the best message I have ever had! I am new in town and have been trying different places around town to find someone that was as good as the girl I used to go to in my hometown and I have to say that I think Hope might even be better. She was very thorough and when I left I felt like a new woman! What an amazing message! I will DEF go back. I also really liked the quaint house the spa is in. It created a relaxing enviroment and the staff was very friendly. Go to Borja and ask for Hope!

I recently moved to the area, and I have tried several salons/spas for eyebrow waxing. I finally decided to try Borja, and I was thoroughly impressed. It was very easy to schedule an apmt., and I was able to make one the day I scheduled. The location is very easy to find, and the house that the spa is located in is so charming! I was already more relaxed just walking in the door. The owner was the one who administered the eyebrow wax, and she was so lovely. We chatted while my eyebrows were being waxed, and it was never uncomfortable. She was thorough in explaining any side effects of medicine I was using with the wax. She did a wonderful job with my eyebrows. It did not hurt at all; it was actually quite relaxing. And the pricing of the wax is quite reasonable. Most places now are so expensive for a simple eyebrow wax but not Borja. It was worth the money, and I will definitely be scheduling my next apmt. at Borja.

After visiting other spas in the area, I've found a new "home." From the minute you walk in, the staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is warm and very peaceful. I was there for an hour's worth of incredible swedish massage. Becky (be sure to ask for her!) gave me one of the best massages I've ever had (and I've had many)...it was firm and unhurried. I loved the warm robe and slippers before and after my service...and I loved the quiet time they encouraged me to take after my message. I sat in a quiet nook in my robe and slippers and sipped a cold glass of water. Before leaving, I booked a couples massage for me and my husband that will be followed by a candle-lit dinner catered on their terrace...we can't wait! Thank you Borja! p.s. you're supporting a family owned/operated business..

Yesterday, I had a massage with Becky and was really impressed. I have never been able to "Truly" enjoy a massage until I met Becky and the Borja staff. I had assumed that it was ME that could never really relax and just enjoy the experience. The massage was so wonderful that I found myself dosing in and out, and for the first time received all the benefits of the rejuvenating service. I now know what a great massage can do for the body. If your looking for a massage that will relax you AND make you feel like a million bucks then you must see Becky. Borja Day Spa has me hooked and I can't imagine anything better.

Want to feel like a million bucks? Borja A Day Spa in Cary is the place for you! I really love the fact that only all natural, non toxic products are used. I love the peaceful inviting, overall lovely atmosphere. I love that the staff is experienced and goes the extra mile to make my experience memorable. I could rave about every one of the services I have received thus far: the facial is awesome, the seaweed wrap is very nice, the pedicure is "to die for", the manicure is equally wonderful. I can't wait to experience the couple's massage and dinner.

Wow!! Yet again I was amazed by Borja! I finally had some time to recieve my facial and it was well worth the wait! Jennifer who was my esthitician was remarkable! She was very friendly and greeted me with a kind and pleasant attitude. She took me back to the room and explained what the process was going to be and to just relax. I did just that! With in 10 minutes I could feel myself dozing off. When she was through I felt relaxed and my face felt fantastic! She had said that the products that she used were all natural and didnt have any of the harsh chemicals in them. I was astonished that something all natural could do such a great cleansing! I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone!!
