I work out at The Institute and I can't begin to say enough about the atmosphere that I have access to here. This health club in raleigh is not only a health club, but also a family practice with 3 family practice doctors on staff, a very supportive and helpful staff of personal trainers, nutritionists, dietitians and more! The Institute Health Club is also a medically supervised weight loss center and has a start of the art Gold's Gym inside! Also centrally located to most areas of Raleigh, The Institute is located near the RBC Center and Crabtree Valley Mall on Edwards Mill Rd. If you are interested in changing your life and lifestyle, call this business, but first I'd recommend checking out there website...it's great and very informative!
