I love twisted noodle!!! It is in a strip mall off university drive but the food is wonderful. I can't say its the "most authentic," since I don't know what authentic is, but it is highly delicious. I only wish they wouldn't serve Pepsi products-blah! try the fried tofu. Yum. Also they have the most wonderful tropical fish tank which I could look at for hours, with anemones and Nemo and Dory swimming around! Awesome. I've been like 5 times
Pros: delicious, convenient, cheap
Cons: closed in afternoon on weekedays
