Super clean, state-of-the-art beds, knowledgable staff, great selection of lotions in a vraiety of price ranges (including the harder to find high end designer lines), and great service make this salon my favorite.

Pros: The newest beds and great lotion selection.

Cons: Occaisional wait during peak popularity times.

Compared to the other tanning salons offered in Fayetteville it's the best. I'm use to going tanning for whatever time I want and get whatever lotion smells good. But here they care about your needs and offer advice for a comfortable time and a lotion that best fits my skin tone. Of course I wanted to go in the high tech bed just because it looks cooler but the technician adviced that I wasn't quite ready. I was disappointed at first but realized that it probably would have burned me and she was just looking out for my best well-being. I've never been to a tanning salon where someone cares and that matters more than anything.

Pros: Atmospehere, Customer Service, Quality

I just recently moved away from North Carolina to the nice cold arctic winters of Colorado. I have yet to find salon that gave me the same quality tan and professional service! I think you should come open a salon out here! You really know the tanning business, you and your staff are highly educated in the latest lotions and bulbs for your beds. I have never had as good of a tan as when I went to your salon. If you are in the Fayetteville area and are looking for a perfectly bronzed body without the hassels even wondering if you went to a salon, GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could, I would move back in an instant for my tan and sweet tea! :) BEST SALON ANYWHERE!

Pros: No appointment necessary

Cons: Waits are longer in the evenings

"I am new at indoor tanning. I found Buck Nak because it is fairly close to my job site and I wanted to get a base tan. What I have found is a staff that are very friendly and gets me right in so that taking a few minutes to tan during my lunch break has led me to tell everyone I know about the most relaxing and de-stressing time of my day. When I get done I feel refreshed and ready for the afternoon. Thanks guys!"

I've been a cosmetologist for 11 years. We've been partnered with tanning salons so I have some experience. I'm travelling with the Army & after reading the other reviews, I thought I would give Buck N**ked Tanning a try. What a mistake that was. The person helping me sign up didn't know how to finish the sign up process. The other worker heard her say she needed her help but she went outside anyway to talk to someone & get a drink. So I stood there waiting. She then said, "you look red". After I told her I had been in the hot car all day she decided to tell me that she would put me in for no more than 6 min. I've been high-pressure tanning for 7 min in other cities so I thought that was comparable. So I she rang me up and charged my card. She didn't even mention lotion. I had to ask her. We decided on a lotion (she recommended the one that all the guys liked, instead of one for my skin type). She opened the package for me & spilled the lotion all over the package. After charging almost another $7 for a one time use lotion, we went in the back to show myself & another soldier how to use the bed. That's when I asked her about the other beds. She said they were high pressure & she would only put me in for only 3 min. I reminded her that I have been tanning consistently & was past 7 min already , high pressure. She said it didnt' matter. El Paso,TX has better tanning salons. The point of the story is that they didn't ask or listen to my needs, didn't properly assess my skin type (a lot of the decor is bright colors and neon so everyone's skin looks pinkish when in there) didn't try to educate me on lotions, and charged almost $14(w/lotion) for a one time visit (didn't even offer stickers to use), don't have a stand up bed (she said they didnt' have the business to sustain it), & once I rinsed off all the lotion you can't even tell I was there. It is the next day & no difference. After this and the employee being rude, I won't return. Buyer beware

Pros: Got a parking space right away

Cons: price, value, staff rude, service,no stand-up booth,not effective for my needs

BuckNaked Tan is awesome. Not only do they have great customer service, but they also have the hottest new beds. Everyone is so friendly and totally helpful. I will never go to another salon. I definitaly recommed them in # 1 tanning. You never have to wait for a bed to be free. And they know so much about helping with your tanning experience. BuckNaked is a fun and friendly place to meet the niceset people and a very relaxing opportunity. Thanks to the staff at bucknaked tan!!!!

Pros: close to everything on Ramsey Street

Cons: Getting out of the parking lot.

You will not believe the amazing experience you will have upon entering Buck Nked Tan. The staff is so friendly and helpful AND they know their tans! They will teach you the best way to tan for your skin tone and offer advice on lotions for tanning and after tanning. You will have the ultimate tanning experience if you go tan at Buck Nked. I've never tanned at a place that was as wonderful as this. It met my every need and them some. I've tanned at many other places and none were as nice or helpful as this and it makes you want to keep going back and getting that Buck Nked tanning experience over and over! Buck Nked is the best way to tan in Fayetteville and surrounding areas!

Cons: there aren't more of them!

I love tanning here! I work in the skin care industry, specifically the anti-aging arena. My doctor had recently recommended occasional tanning to me for help with depression. I used to be so afraid to tan because of skin cancer and sun damage. I love this place because they educate you on the myths of tanning as well as the healthy benefits of tanning. They also use phenomenal products that have anti-aging benefits. Of course you never want to over-tan because it is damaging, but at least at THIS tanning salon, they educate you about it so you know how to tan in a healthier fashion! I highly recommend tanning there for both the tanning beds AND the sunless tanning!

This tanning place was the cleanest tanning place I have ever been in! They have wonderful tanning beds. There are different types of beds to use. The staff was really nice and helpful. They have really good tan enhancers you can buy, or try. There are sample packets that are cheap for you to try! I will always go here to tan.
