I'm a first time customer, new to the Raleigh area, and found Pinnacle through a search of Triangle citysearch. My 1995 Nissan Quest had a loose transmission handle on the steering column. The local Nissan dealer wanted $115 just to look at the car. I called Pinnacle and they said they had seen this before, and it was likely a loose bushing that would cost about $100 to repair. I made an appointment for 9am the next morning, and they had me out in 30 minutes with a $38 bill. If first impressions are lasting, then I'm a customer for life.
