Awful Customer Service

I've tanned here 3 times and every time I come in its the same employee she keeps "chatting" away to the person in front of me in line (if it's a male, she gets more chatting) The last time I went to tan she was on her cell phone. I asked her a question about the tanning dollar special they had, but she just confused me and I told her I didn't really understand how it works. I've contacted the manager and she replyed back, but I haven't seen a change in customer service!!! If your like me and you just want to go in and tan this is NOT the place for you! Awful customer service and unconcerned employee!!!

i am sorry again to hear that everytime you seem to come in the customer service has not been great for you. if employees are on their cell phones they are usually talking to me about any questions they might have. i spoke to the employees the first time after i received your email and i have spoken to them again after this review. hope things go better for you next time if you decide to come back again.
