I switched over to LA tan recently and have really enjoyed it. The people that work there are very friendly, its is very clean, I never have to wait to tan, there are many beds. Also there is a wide variety of types of beds including different levels and stand up beds. There are spray tan options and there are always pretty good deals and packages every month.

LA Tan is a great place for tanning in the town of Chapel Hill. There are so many tanning salons to choose from but I assure you this one is the best. Their packages are very affordable and cheap compared to the other top notch tanning salons. The people who work there along with the owner are very friendly and it is always extremely clean. It is very trendy and decorated beautifully. They have a variety of beds to choose from that make it easy to find the one that best fits you. I would recommend LA Tan to anyone, so go tan there!

I recently switched to LA Tan. They have very affordable memberships. The receptionist was professional and very helpful in explaining my tanning options. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and I'm so glad I switched!

LA Tan is one of the nicest tanning places I've been too, especially around the Chapel Hill area. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. It's a good price too, a lot cheaper than the tanning bed i go to in Charlotte! The wait usually isn't bad, I definitely recommend it!

LA tan is amazing. If you want to get a great tan for a great price then LA is definitely the best place for you. They have a lot of beds and they get you in and out really quick. They have the best prices in chapel hill... BY FAR. (trust me I would know... i have tanned at a lot of different salons)They offer a lot of different tanning packages so you can get exactly what you want, and they are all extremely affordable. There prices aren't the only things that are amazing; there staff is AMAZING as well. In addition to be both friendly and approachable the girls are all very knowledgeable and willing to help you choice the right package and lotion so that you get the exact color that you want. LA tan is hands down the best tanning salon in the chapel hill Durham area. Whether you want to purchase a membership or just get a little glow for a special event I would strongly encourage you to chose LA tan. You won't be disappointed.

I love LA Tan!! It is the best place to tan in Chapel Hill by far in terms of price and customer service. I've been going to UNC for 3 years now and I've tried them all...this place is by far my favorite. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about different tanning lotions and beds. The level I beds are really nice and the upgraded ones are amazing (try the one in room 3) and not too expensive with a plan. The girls that work there are great and get you in to tan quickly!! If you are going to tan in Chapel Hill this is definitely the place to go.

I've tanned here 3 times and every time I come in its the same employee she keeps "chatting" away to the person in front of me in line (if it's a male, she gets more chatting) The last time I went to tan she was on her cell phone. I asked her a question about the tanning dollar special they had, but she just confused me and I told her I didn't really understand how it works. I've contacted the manager and she replyed back, but I haven't seen a change in customer service!!! If your like me and you just want to go in and tan this is NOT the place for you! Awful customer service and unconcerned employee!!!

I have been searching for a tanning bed for about 6 months now. I randomly came across La Tan driving by. I have tried several other local tanning places. I came to learn that LA TAN had the best quality beds for the best rates. Twenty Five dollars a month for unlimited level one stand up and lay down beds. Can't beat that. The staff is overly friendly and most helpful from any mystic tan needs to knowing everything about each bed and what lotion will work best for you. I have met the owner in person and have been very pleased with her up keep in the salon. So thank you!! I 100% suggest La Tan to everyone. I love walking through the door every morning and being greeted by my name. As for previous comments I really hope that you found a tanning bed nearly as nice as this one closer to your home.

Terrible! I searched online for tanning places and came across the LA Tan Website and saw their coupons for new users. I printed them out and drove thirty minutes to the location. The coupon online says 5 Spray Tans for $55. When I got there the manager said she wasn't accepting the online coupons. The online coupons do not say anything about the stores not accepting them. She offered 4 for $44 and I had to buy a product. This is an experience I will let everyone I know in on and continue to blog about. I get they are their own store but they have a franchise and the website is directing new customers to their store. They should honor their coupons set by the corporation. They missed out on this new customer.

This place is awful. I lost so many tanning dollars because the front desk people couldn't calculate. I got a tan in half the time at Sundance Tans, a smaller place with much better beds. You can put all the mints you want to around the salon but that dont mean you are gonna get my business back or anyone at UNC because I highly unrecommend you to all my fellow employees at UNC which happens to be a very large place. If your summer isn't going well, maybe you should hire someone who understands tanning dollars and invest in some beds that will actually give you a tan.
