After visiting Dr. Lane and Associates, I was extremely dissatisfied with my dental care. I had been there several times in the past without problems, but recently I had a horrible experience with a newer dentist there named Dr. Franco Zorro. She was arrogant, rude, and even had the audacity to ask me if I made enough money to pay for my services. I couldn't believe it! I know dental care is expensive, but I can afford it! Then to top it off, the fillings she did place, fell out a week later! When I called to ask about some kind of repair or refund, she refused to fix them and said it must have been my fault! Wow! I just want to warn anyone considering her as a dentist, she is worse than horrible!
Pros: Entire office staff was great! (except Dr. Franco Zorro)
