I went to Prenatal peek when I was 16weeks and 2days only because I just couldnt take not knowing the gender of my baby....I had to know!!! I was very pleased with their service. They were fast and gental. My baby was alittle stubborn and didnt want to move in the right directions and instead of giving up they took the extr time to wait for that right position. They got almost 40 pictures of my baby a 30 minute dvd and a cd with all the pictures on it so other family members could have copies. I plan on returning when Im in my 3rd trimester just to see what she looks like now!!! I would tell anyone about my great experience at prenatal peek!!!

Visiting the hubby's family in Durham, we decided to get our ultrasound here. We arrived 10 minutes early, they were 20 minutes late. The woman leaving was shaking her head, now I know why. After waiting, I was shown to a recliner for my scan, and sat down, putting my arm and sleeve in disgusting cold gel from the previous client. Our scan was rushed, the baby was curled up and the tech insisted on pushing on him, making him curl tighter. We were happy with what we saw, but she continued to agitate him. I REALLY didn't appreciate how she kept calling him stubborn. She asked me to turn side to side, which was uncomfortable for my back in this recliner. We paid for 30 minutes, our DVD was 23. The picture quality was poor to say the least, the baby looked like a playdoh object. I was very disappointed with the lots of pictures I received. Poor quality, all black and white. I was not offered a return visit that others write about, the tech seemed indifferent and ingenuine. I spoke to my midwife at Womack about it, she referred me to a place in Cary where she received her scan. My husband will be deployed and miss it. This has been such a let down. Ask around before you visit, wish I had.

Pros: Hopefully I still have time for another scan somewhere else

Cons: This place does not meet all the hype, ask around

This was mt 1st experince doing the 4d ultrasound and it was amazing. My doctor @durham OB told me to go here and I am glad I did. The people are so nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My little baby was amazing and stubborn at the same time. We did the special for 120.00 and got about 26 pictures and a cd and dvd . She printed extra pictures for the grandparents to have so I could keep all mine. They gave me a photo album and the most amazing stuff in te mommy gift package. Well worth the money......l will be back with my next baby for sure. My doctor told me to go to them because they were professional and well trained and he was right. She helped me understand the ultrasound pictures and showed me all my babies body parts. My husband finnaly was able to understand what he was looking at. Best place ever.

We had the best time of our life here. My doctor and my friends recommened this place and they were right. Barbie did a grreat job explaining everthing and getting our little girl to turn and give us great pictures. I can't wait till she is born. We will be back to prenatal peek with our next child without a doubt....

Pros: i like that they have been to school for ultrasound and not just someone doing them

Cons: I had to wait 10 minutes past my appt. but it was worth the wait in the end

We were in on Saturday, and we had the most fun ever. We had both grandparents down from out of state to see our little one. He waved at us and he showed us his fist . That was good. She got the baby to move by makeing me jog ( that was tough as fat as I am but it was worth it). He smiled and gave us 18 great pictures. My parents had never seen an ultrasound before and this was amazing to them. Just wanted everyone to know this place is highly recommened and we will be back in about 4 weeks to see him again. I can't get enough.

I just wanted to thank Christy (hope I speleed if right) and her staff. They very GREAT. I brought my little 2 year old with me and he was a little rambly so Christy held him for me so I could enjoy my ultrasound. My baby was hiding her face with her feet but them she should us a great big smile and then stuck out her tongue to us. We laughed about this and evertime we show off our video. The website states that 6-8 pictures but plan on as many as they can print. My daughter gave us great pictures( a total of 43) and they printed and saved everyone of them. Then she printed more off for my mom and my husbands mom and didn't even charge us. I wasn't expecting that, that just shows how nice and caring this place is. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great experience. I found out about them through my doctor because she had used them and she was right a great place. Trythem out you will not be sorry......

The people were so nice and caring, and when my little girl did not want to be seen, the sonographer ( I can't remember her name but she was AWESOME) kept working with me and her to get her to move. Unfortunately the baby won out we both got tired of trying to get her to move her legs. So they called and scheduled me another appointment in time for me to have very nice pictures to give my hubby for Valentines day! Thank you Prenatal Peek for everything, I have already recommended you all to one of my friends who is expecting. Keep up the great work!!

Pros: They really work with you to get the pictures you desire

Cons: You may have to wait a while after your appointment time, but it is worth it!!!

Our doctor recommeded this place to our family and it was the best experience ever. The girl doing our ultrasound took soo much time with us. Our baby was very stubborn and she had me roll in different positions and jogg in place and then we got the most amazing pictures ever. Our doctor was right that this place is awesome. I would recommend it to everyone and we will be back again to see our little girl later. Our package was for 30 minutes but she spent about 45 trying to work with my litte "Princess". THanks....

We were very much looking forward to our 3D ultrasound. We nvited family from out of town, took the afternoon off for our appointment, and was very excited to share this experience with our family. The experience was truly amazing, but not with Prenatal Peek. Prenatal Peek rescheduled our appointment, not once, not twice, but three times. The first two times had me feeling uneasy about the business. The last time, after giving my wife and myself two different explanations, was enough for me and the rest of the family. We were fortunate to find another facility in the area that was willing to work our crisis into their schedule and we very much enjoyed the time we spent there. I was glad to find the citysearch forum to share my experiences, then I noticed the business not only uses the forum to rebute customer claims, but to blame customers for their experiences and outcomes. Why would one wait so long to rebute, so the customer won't see the untruthful reply? It's also interesting to find three raving reviews of the business made on the same day. Coincidence, planted, fictitious, you decide? The ultrasound was worth the wait, but go somewhere else, so you won't have to wait!

Cons: Lack of respect and consideration for the schedule of my famiy by attempting to rebook on multiple occasions.

I would highly recommend ths place had a great time and learned alot about my baby. The pictures were good but could have been better if I had listened to the girl and stopped drinking alot of sodas and drank more water the week before so i would have been hydrated. My body was dehydrated so the picture were a little fuzzybut she let me come back in a week after I did what she recommened and they were GREAT. I hope everyone reads this about soda it does make a difference. Drink LOTS OF Water it works.
