I have an appliance warranty and Supreme Air is the HVAC contractor which does maintenance on my gas furnace (which heats the downstairs of my home). On two separate occasions, Supreme Air has denied my service claim due to "negligent maintenance", and I have needed to get a 2nd opinion. The 2nd opinion has refuted Supreme Air's claim, and the warranty company ended up repairing the unit, but Supreme Air has caused me to go through a hassle. What is even worse is that while Supreme Air was looking at my furnace, they did not tell me they were going to deny my coverage. I guess they want to avoid confrontations, and instead they allow the warranty company to deliver the claim denial.

Cons: Did not properly repair my furnace
