Heritage family care is wonderful, and Dr. Konopka is the best Dr. I've ever had...soooo...I wanted to know if anyone else knows why I got a letter saying the practice will cease it's operations on August 16?!?!? I'm very sad to hear this...

I had a wonderful experience at Heritage Family Care, and with doctor Konopka. He was down to earth and very easy to relate to. He was right on time, with nealy no wait at all. He spent an ample amount of time with me and the visit never felt rushed. Overall my experience was vey good and exactly what you would expect from a family doctor. I would definitely recommend the practice.
Pros: no wait, great bedside manner

I highly recommend Dr. Konopka and Heritage Family Care. Dr. Konopka is very good at caring for me, my husband and our two children. He seems to be very knowledgeable and is very easy to talk to. If you are looking for a family doctor you should consider Dr. Konopka.
Pros: easy to talk to, on time with schedule

Disappointing. Dr. Konopka is a good doctor (he could be a bit more open minded). His nurse is nice. If he says to call him if you need him--don't bother. The only way to talk with him again is to make another appointment and spend more money. But, you can leave the nurse a voice message and (I guess) the doctor will get your concerns 2nd hand from her and she will call you back.

Dr. Konopka is a wonderful doctor! He takes his time, is very considerate, and he is very thorough. His staff is great as well, especially the lady in the lab because no one likes to have lab work done. Would recommend this practice to everyone!
