Received notice in mail for $100 cleaning. They did xrays and exam, but no cleaning. the deep cleaning they recommended would be over $700 and I would be referred to periodontist for other special cleaning. My friend experienced very similar visit. Wonder if anyone has received a cleaning for the advertised price.

I called and asked for an appointment for teeth cleaning. Teeth cleaning was never done, X-rays were taken and was given an estimate for over $3,000. Told that all fillings "must come out" and cap on a back tooth needs replaced. Teeth were just done by old dentist last year, no problems. Am still not having problems with my teeth but they feel the need to undo perfectly good work. When asked if there were any cavities, was told "could be some problem areas". A formal complaint has been filed with the insurance company and am still looking for a good dentist.

Pros: Office staff is polite

Cons: Scheduled office procedure was never done

I went to the Clayton location and was recommended a whole bunch of procedures I don't need. I was overbilled and still don't have my money back. I was also given complimentary toothpaste that I am now receiving bills for. Only go here if you are rich and want fillings and root canals in all your teeth so they can bill you and your insurance and make extra money.

Pros: The office is nice looking

Cons: They will have you get procedures you don't need and charge you when they shouldn't be.

If you are looking for a great christian dentist then look no further - Michael Riccobene is the one for you. I've been going to him since 1999 and my only regret is that I did not find him sooner. Such a compassionate and giving man. He talks with you, laughs with you, cries with you. Such a professional. Change dentist today and call Riccobene and Associates!

Wonderful doctors! Wonderful staff! wonderful locations! Dr. Riccobene has got it going on... 4 locations; Selma, Garner, Benson, and now Building in Clayton(: i could not think of a better staff, dentist, or experience :]

Dr. Riccobene and his staff are by far the best that ive ever been to :) I am a mother of 2 young children - ages 4 and 6... i think we all know how upsetting it can be to watch your child be so afraid of the dentist; but with Ricco and his staff my kids love going to get their teeth cleaned!! they have a huge play room where my kids can color, play, and watch tv. everytime we visit we are nothing but smiles when we leave :) job well done team!!

Pros: Great People

Cons: absolutely nothing!!!!

Do you want a great dental experience?? You must vist one of Dr. Riccobenes locations. He has a location in garner, Selma, McGees (Benson), and building in Clayton. I went to the Garner location and it was out of this world. I could type all day telling the public how great he and his staff are :) If you need a dentist dont hesitate to call Dr. Riccobene!!

I recently visited the McGees office and was extremely pleased! Dr. Riccobene and his staff were amazing with my kids; they helped ease the tension. Their office is beautiful; there is a kids room for kids to play, color and watch tv. HIs staff alone is a good reason to visit one of his locations. TOP NOTCH!!

Going to the dentist is no longer a chore... my kids love Dr. Riccobene :) He has an exceptional staff willing to help in any way possible!
