Things started well. Dan came on time to take the measurements and was very nice I was told that my shutters would take 5-6 weeks After 7 weeks I was told they were delayed because of the holidays and I understood The day before they were going to be install the following week I get a call that the shutter company shutdown due to weather and I did not have an issue with that. Gina stated she would call me back later that day to confirm that they would be able to install them Saturday. As this was the second time was promised a call back that I did not receive, it bothered me more than the delay. Installers show up late the following week, “dead battery story” and apologize for not having the shutters out of paint the pervious week… So was it a weather delay or a paint delay? Needless to say the measurements were wrong and they wanted to do what I think is a shabby workaround. I did not accept the work around and had them redo the shutters. On a good note since they had to redo the shutters they allowed me to increase the size of two of the shutters They stated that they would be able to have them the following week but then stated it would be at least two weeks. On Tuesday of the third week I have not heard a word. When I call and I prefer to call Dan as he is much more responsive and returns the calls he says he is. He makes some calls and states it has already been setup for Saturday. It would have been nice if someone would have notified me. Installer shows up on time and overall the shutters are nice. I will note that when you buy wood shutters I expect that the plugs used to hide the screw holes be wood not plastic as this does take away from the appearance. Good: Is that they did correct their mistake Bad: it took well over twice the amount of time quoted time and nothing more than an apology and the following statement “Most companies would have probably avoided any problems and went ahead and installed the original shutters”

Gina is the decorator you been looking for. She helped me tremendously to pick the best window blinds, shutters and treatments for my house. She even picked the paint colors for each room. She just doesn't just sell you blinds and leave she is also there during the install to make sure verything is perfect.

Gina is not only a great decorator but also had the best prices on custom treatments and blinds! She was the best I have worked with.
