My first time at this spa and i will be back. I am new to town, I tried a spa near my house and did not like it much. Extremely friendly staff. an extra bonus is the price list is cheaper than other spas here. Their cellulite/fat reducing body treatment is a great value. i recommend this place.

I recently got my hair done with Sarah and I love it. The salon is very nice and relaxing and I love that they offer so many sevices. Sarah did exactly what I had asked with my hair. I would recommed this salon to anyone.

We had a girls day at the spa at Finesse last week and it was one of our best experience at a spa, ever. Cher, Yelena, Erla, Meg have magical hands! The massages and facials were heavenly. Everyone was really attentive and made us feel special. Thanks for making our party a great success. we liked the wine and chocolate. We are already making plans to go back next month.

My last stylist at that salon on north hills butchered my hair. when I went in, i asked for the Victoria Beckham bob, but she gave me a lot of jagged edges and it looked more like a punk haircut than a sophisticated bob that i wanted. i was desperate. and i wantted my hair back so badly. a friend told me Finesse does great extensions, so i gave it a try. Mag made me feel better and showed me on a mannequin what the extensions look like. They were so slim, i could not find them myself on the mannequin. now I have great, natural looking hair back. thanks Mag, you are a lifesaver!

I have been going to the spa for years and love it so I wanted to try Finesse cause its near my house. I can say that I will NOT be back I will drive across town to get my services done. The spa part of this is a JOKE! Its not relaxing I could hear everything going on in the spa during my treatment. If they continue to run this business the way they are it will go out of business real soon.

Pros: nothing

Hi Paul, Mag and everyone! Sorry for the delay! It's been a crazy three months since the wedding. Anyway, I wanted to thank you all so much again for being so great to us on my wedding day. The wedding was beautiful and went just perfectly. Everyone's hair and makeup looked great and lasted all night long. I have been to Finesse for haircut and color before and I love the how my hair turns out each time. But this time, I am writing to rave about the tanning I got there. So very natural. I am a sunworshipper. I never thousght i needed to get inside to get a tan. But last time I was at the beach i got burned real bad. My hairstylist noticed my burns and told me about the mistic tan taht is done at Finesse. I gave it a try and just love it. I guess because it is applied by an esthetician, it goes all all even and feels so natural. I am hooked now. That is the only way i will get tanned from now on.

I was enticed in because they are running a special in july on nails work. I figured I had nothing to lose since I could get a Spa manicure and pedicure at the same price I could at a strip mall. What a bargain I got! I chose their Aromatherapy Manicure and Pedicure. The service was excellent. I was offered my choice of beverage and snacks the minute I walked in and of course I chose wine and gourmet chocolate. For the Aromatherapy treatments, I was treated with scented candles as well as some special scented oils. I was serviced by 2 nails techs, one who did my nails and the other who did the pedicure. Each young lady was totaly delightful. So much so that i would have been happy to pay full price and not use my coupon,,,but i did. and I did promise to come back because after experiencing this level of service I do not think I can ever go back to one of these little nails salon that are all over the place anymore.

After a very stressful week at work, I booked a 1/2 day spa relaxation at Finesse. Every time I visit Finesse, I like the place more because of how much attention they pay to me and how nice everyone is. The gentelman that was at the front desk really listened to my problems and asked the esthetician to take special care of me on account that I had a bad week at work. I love to go to Finesse because i can get a massage, a facial and a haircut in one place and the service is top class and the staff is freindly. Now, if i could only say the same about where I work....
