I was shocked to see that the salon was not clean! They claim to be the best in the area, but when I looked at the health scores of hair salons on the Licensing Board web site, I found out that there are 513 salons in Raleigh, and only 95 salons - 18% - have a lower health rating than Salon Kroma!!! What a shame! I will not be going back!

Our rating is a 93-out of 100-that is a Grade A. You can go to the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetology website, and see all salon listings. We are not a B Grade salon, and the State Board goes through each salon with a fine tooth comb (if you will). We would love to have a 100, but if you research the website, you will see no one else does either. I just wonder how many "clients" would actually even know that salon grades are even listed on the website. Seems like something only someone in the business would know. If you would like to come in and go through the salon with me and make suggestions, I would be more than happy to accomadate you.
