Great Individual Training. I feel very fortunate for having found Annika with Form Fitness. I was looking for a work-out program that would help me get back into shape from knee surgery. I am one of those people who can't push themselves on their own. Annika works with me to determine goals, steps and plans for fitness, as well as managing the knee recovery. Not only does she design a personalized routine for me, but her encouragement and caring create an atmosphere that motivated me, where I want to push myself. Getting Toned & Fit!.
I was excited to work with a personal trainer! Eric was a wonderful trainer! He sat with me and met me where I was. He helped me set tangible goals and showed me how to make 'better' food choices.
There were times when I was convinced that I couldn't 'do' a particular exercise, yet Eric told me that I could and showed me the proper techniques. I have some health challenges, and he was AMAZING as he worked with me.
I still have his voice in my head as I do various things!! One of the main things he helped me with is my self-image. As women, we're bombarded with being 'skinny' when we should be focused with being toned and lean!! I'm more focused & determined to finish what Eric helped me start!!

Worth every penny!. Being one step away from bariatric surgery, I wanted to give "lifestyle change" one last chance before going "under the knife". I am so glad I found Form Fitness with their free trial session on the internet. One meeting with Annika & I was sure she was going to be able to help me with my physical as well as mental struggles with losing weight. And the private studio by Umstead Park is a great place to feel free to "come as you are" & not worry about being judged or "snickered" at like I've felt while working out in public gyms. The Real Thing. I've tried diets, trainers, gym memberships...all of it, and nothing has worked like showing up at Form Fitness and working hard. I've worked with Annika Hallberg for a couple of months, and not only does she keep me from getting bored with the exercises, but her upbeat attitude and "can do" approach make you want to do your best. She's right when she says, "you won't think about whatever is stressing you out when you're here with me." Stress and bad habits have resulted in being overweight and out of shape for years. In a short time, I am in such better shape...stronger, more balanced, and learning the tools to keep working in that direction. Eric Wilson and Form Fitness are great!. I have trained with Form Fitness for over two years and it has been a great experience. I am a runner that was recovering from a partially torn Achilles tendon when I discovered Form Fitness and started working with one of their trainers. I had finished physical therapy and need to continue incorporating strength training into my exercise routine. Eric, my trainer, has been great because his focus is on the sport specific strength and balance exercises that make me a better runner, while gradually increasing my core and upper body strength. I am stronger than I've ever been and running pain free thanks to Eric and Form Fitness. The experience has been fantastic and money well spent!!!…

I had tried to get healthy and in shape on and off for most of my life. I had lost about 40 pounds on my own, when I hit a wall. I needed something else to help me reach my goal. I hate group classes
and working out solo wasn't cutting it anymore.
I emailed Cameron and explained my limitations and concerns. He was prompt and answered every question. He matched me with Eric and I do not regret one minute or one dollar spent.
Eric actually listened to what my goals were! REALLY listened. He set up a work out based on what I needed and responded to my feedback instantly. Tackling this obstacle was not easy for me, and it pulled up numerous emotional blocks as well as physical ones. Eric was spot on and kept me on track.
He is very skilled at working with injuries and limitations. His ability to uncover what is functionally incorrect and then design an exercise to correct that issue is simply amazing. I had limitations with my neck, shoulder and knee that I expected to halt my progress. Not the case. Eric was always prepared to modify any work out. He knew how to motivate me and never came across pushy or harsh. I would have quit if that had happened.
He helped me reach goals that I didn't know I could. I started working with Eric having not done much more than basic cardio, and I remember quite well the moment I deadlifted 185 lbs. for the first time.

10 Year....Take That!. Sometime in January, after a dessert filled holiday season, I recieved an invitation to my 10 year high school reunion. Suddenly I looked down at my stretch pants and instantly saw all of the bad health decisions I had made over the past 10 years. I finished that last piece of cake and quickly started my "get fit" list. I tried my own schedule of cardio and pretended like I knew what I was doing at my apartment gym and realized just as quickly I was going about it the wrong way. I looked up Form Fitness online and sent an emial inquiring about their services. Cameron follwed up with a phone call that day and put my mind at ease about meeting my fitness goals. He met me for a consultation session, showed me the studio and walked me through all of the options I had, keeping my goals in mind the whole time. He was very detailed, and created a comftorable enviornment to talk about my weight history, current lifestyle and reasons behind my new goals. I was sold right away. I have been training with Cameron for about 4 months now and I can't believe how amazing I feel. I am also a bit shocked that I can lift weights and have more cardio stamina than I thought possible. I am more confident in myself and my own abilities in the gym. I have never done the same work out twice and he has somehow made our sessions a fun learning experience. They are flexible with my crazy work schedule and really make you feel like they are on the personal journey with you. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are professional, personal, and produce results. My reunion is in August and I am so excited to show off my new self!…
Best Decision I've Made!. I am thrilled to have found Form Fitness and my trainer, Annika!! Embarking on a journey to become healthy and strong, Annika met me where I was, listened to my goals and dreams, and instilled a belief within myself that I could be successful along this path. She is incredibly knowledgeable, tailoring every session to my current abilities while pushing me at just the right amount. So happy with Cameron and Form Fitness!. I have been fairly active my whole life. Running, swimming and doing other aerobic activities. Once I hit 40 my motivation and strength both started to decline so I decided to do something I had never done and never thought I needed to do; hire a personal trainer. I looked on line and founfd Form Fitness. I sent an email and within 24 hrs got a call back from Cameron. He asked me about my current fitness situation, lifestyle and goals and answered all my questions (and I had a lot!). I am NOT a morning person but signed up for a 5:30am training slot twice a week. With my busy schedule it was just about the only time I knew I would be able to get there consistently. I have to admit the first few days it was really hard to get up but I now look forward to getting up and working out with Cameron. He is always so positive and motivating. Best Thing I Ever Spent Money On. I have lived a sedentery lifestyle for most of my life. It was only as an adult in my 30s that weight really became an issue and when I hit 40 I decided I couldn't do it on my own. I decided that I was worth more and that's when I called Form Fitness and was paired up with Annika. I can't say enough great things about her and waht she's done for me. She has helped me get stronger and helps me find ways to deal with work and life stresses. She makes sure I don't get bored with my workouts and challenges me every step of the way.
