Me and my friends went to Hi5 on Monday because all their beer is only $3 and the bartenders make up a shot that’s only a dollar. It’s a great place to watch games on their in-booth plasma tvs and just kick back. Definitely try it out.
Pros: great price on food and drinks

I went to Hi-5 about a week ago to watch the College World Series because a few of my friends told me that it was the best place to go watch ACC teams play. The food was great, and seriously – everything was $5! My friends and I ordered a bunch of appetizers - the buffalo wings were great and we ordered buckets of beer. There were TVs in every booth so everyone could see and the picture was great because they are all plasmas. Hi-5 was a great place to go and watch the game. I’ll definitely be going back.
Pros: Beer Selection, Price, TV's

Yea we went up to the door and i simply asked the bouncer how old you had to be to get in. He Said :at least 21" but he was EXTREMELY rude to me and my friend. Granted that We could've gotten in but went elsewhere and had a really great time. So forget Hi 5 and Go to a different club. There are plenty other places with nicer, and better looking, bouncers.

Went to Hi 5 to watch the Espy's with some friends last week and I was amazed that all the food really is 5 bucks! I was expecting a catch but there was none. The bartender was very attentive and the food was outstanding, I would expect to pay double if not triple other places for the portions I got. Great beer list too. Keep it up guys!
Pros: Like I said, 5 bucks!!! Service, abundance of t.v.'s

I really like going to Glenwood and bar going to different bars. This past Sat. me and my friend ended up in Hi5, we had some drinks and I left the tab open and at the end of the night I wanted to have some shots and then pay out my tab. The bartender lost my card and then claimed that I never opened a tab. I told her she had my card so she came back with some guy that I assume was the manager because he was not wearing a black shirt he was wearing a white shirt he yelled at me stating that he did not have my card and told me he was going to kick me out if I did not leave but I was not going to leave with my card so he got me kicked out. I did not cause a scene I just told the bouncer that I wanted my card. The bouncer was more professional than the manager and helped me with the situation. After everyone left I went back inside and had another bartender help me find my card and when he couldn't find it he got another manager to talk to me this one was going to just give me his business card and let me leave but I refused to leave without my card so he asked me who was my bartender and I told him who it was then she came around really quick with my card and left even quicker. It was obvious that I wasn't at fault and requested that the other manager apologize for his mistake but even that was too much to ask. So I got treated like some stupid drunk, got yelled at, got kicked out, and had to wait an extra hour for the place to clear because someone did not do their job right. If you are going to go to this place make sure you bring cash so you wont have to go through the same experience I did.
Pros: crowd
Cons: Poor service due to managment

I had read a little about Hi5 and the other restaurants at the 510 Glenwood address, and we decided to try it for dinner. At 5pm it wasn't very crowded, but the place had a wonderful atmosphere. Hip and clean, there were flat-screen TVs playing various sports channels all over the place. We were greeted by a nice hostess and taken to a cute booth. The seats are high up and each booth has its own little TV, so it was a nice setting - cozy. The menu ranged from appetizers to burgers to salads to desserts, and MOST everything was $5. Upgrading to their specialty Kobe beef brought the cost up by $3, but that's pretty normal for burger prices anyway. Our waitress was very friendly and introduced us to their specials (including $3 beers every Monday). My boyfriend enjoyed his Kobe Beef cheeseburger, and I really liked my Grilled Chicken Salad (Unique, with grapes, cashews, mesculin mix, brie, and a ranch peppercorn dressing). We didn't even need fries or anything, though if we had it would have been only $5 extra. We finished with their "s'more shooter" desserts -- perfectly sized for 2 people and DELICIOUS! This restaurant was awesome and we can't wait to go back!
Pros: good food and atmosphere at a low price and lots of drink specials
Cons: difficult to park

I take the family to Hi 5 all the time. We order multiple items and make it our own buffet table. The burgers are great and having my own TV in a booth works out great. Great food and drinks! Sports food and drinks!
Pros: Great Food and TV's Everywhere

First, I'll echo the last reviewer's sentiments. $5.00 bucks?! Special Draft beers (Good Ones -not just the likes of Miller/Bud/Coors) for $3? WOW! They have a lot (I believe over 200? ) beers on the menu. I too was also expecting really small plates, but the portions were more than adequate. My friend ordered the "Cheesy Poofs", which were very good, and I ordered the Fried Wontons w/ Crabmeat. Those were extremely delicous, and not over-fried like in most places. We proceeded to order Burgers - I had the Surf and Turf (Medium), and my friend ordered a Mushroom-Swiss(Medium) . Usually I don't like to mess up a burger w/ seafood, but this one was stacked with a Crabcake, and I love crabmeat. Not only were the burgers a really nice size, but the meat was excellent. They were done perfectly and tasted extremely good. One thng to note, that you do have to order sides alacarte. We ordered steak fries, that came piled up high like a perfect Jenga Tower, and were also seasoned perfectly. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality, service and price of the food. This place is so much better than other sports bars. The other places have the same generic menu. Let's not forget the the Sports is what makes a sports bar, and there was PLENTY of that around. Big screen LCD and Plasma TVs everywhere to pretty much view any sporting event desired. The staff was very courteous and took really good care of us. The one strange thing that I noticed was that there weren't too many people in this place for a Friday evening. The waitress told me that they usually start hopping after 10:00 PM. Very surprising for what they have to offer you. All in all, the bill for 4 great beers (an IPA, a summer brew, Sam Adams and a Black and Tan), 2 apps, 2 speciality burgers and one side came out to a paltry $38.00. This place is definitely a keeper !!
Pros: Great Food, Value, Service
Cons: Couldn't find a single thing to complain about
