Not very friendly

I printed out the free 3 sessions and went in to try out their beds. The lady was knowledgeable about tanning but when I said I wasn't going to buy a package she turned very bitter and not so friendly any more. I will not be going back because of how much pressure she put on me for buying products and tanning packages.
Pros: Nice atmosphere
Cons: Bad customer service

Dear Carolinagirl776: Please give us another shot! I can assure you that this is not how we like to do business and would like to make it up to you. We have guest passes come in on a daily basis and welcome those passes at any time. It's a great way to try our beds. The reason why we focus on products is b/c we believe lotions make a huge difference in your results. I apologize that you felt pressured, for we strive to make it an enjoyable experience.
