Mr. Ullman's staff has always been courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. When I have needed to ask questions about my case, someone was always there to respond in a timely manner. He has several other attorneys that gave valuable and timely advice to me as well. The office environment is warm and comfortable - an unbelievable bonus during such a difficult and emotional time. His office has ample parking on site and it is very conveniently located downtown near the courthouse.

After searching for a competent attorney I initially felt satisfied with my choice of Ullman and Associates. However, each time I had an appointment, the office seemed to be in chaos. There were Charles' children, wife, mother and father all running around trying to run the practice. No one seemed to have any idea of what was going on. It seemed very unprofessional and I noticed that there was a high turnover rate in the partners and other staff. I simply did not feel comfortable using this firm. Also there is no parking.

Mr. is great with his clients, and his staff iare very helpfull. They provide an excellent service! I highly recommend him!

Charles is efficient, responsive, personable and his office location is convenient. He truly cares about his clients.
