If you want authentic Chinese food, dont order chicken chowmein, egg foo young, or s&s anything. Come on, try and order something off of the real Chinese menu, which you might have to ask for. Weve been there a few times, and have had wonderful meals. The steamed Cod topped with crispy bean sauce was delicious - the fish was so light and tender, and the topping was so flavorful yum! The fried squid (calamari) was seasoned with scallions and garlic very nice combination! The stewed pork was extremely tender and savory. Good stuff! The only setback about this place is that its not very big; therefore, dim sum arent served in typical fashion (steam carts) you just have to check off from a list like sushi bars. Nevertheless, the food is very authentic and excellent thats why youll see a lot of Asian and American patrons there.
