It was about 12 months ago and I was at the bottom of the barrel. I made arrangements to meet with Barry at their gym for a free consultation. I came in with an idea of what he might tell me...and I was totally wrong. He started by saying that what I eat is 80% of the solution....and what he told me to eat and how to eat it was a surprise as well. The diet is revolutionary and I think that he is one of the early practitioners of what will end up being the solution to America's eating dissorder. He also redefined how I work out. Flexibility, speed, endurance, core strength defines the routines. No muscle-bound roid-heads in this gym....just practical healthy maintainable programs that have left me looking and feeling better than I ever have. Thanks Barry!
