WOW... this is the best place I have ever been to get my tan on. They are so friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about how to get my tan faster and take care of my skin. I have never seen a salon so clean.... Great Place .... would recommend it to everyone...... I have tanned at the other places in town and they are not as clean and pushy about sales.... Definitely wont ever go anywhere else to tan..... THANKS TO TIME 2 TAN

Time to tan is the place to go if you need a tan. I started out white as a ghost and had a nice base tan in a month. The staff is great and knows me by name. They have me ready to go before I walk in the door. If i have an appointment i can walk right in and get in my bed. If it's a walk- in and it's busy they are quick to get one in when one leaves. They have the best prices in Eastern Wake, especially the year membership. The salon is clean all the time no matter how busy it is. Everyone is knowledgable of the tanning process and which lotions will work best for you. I would highly recommend this establishment because they KNOW what customer service is and they want to make sure you are happy with your tan and they are doing the best they can.

Every time I have gone to the time 2 tan establishment I have felt as if the empolyees are all happy and eager to please the customers---the girls are quick with the cleaning of the beds so the next customer knows the unit has been prepared for them. The fans are fantastic and I love the volume controls on the individual beds.....which work!! I have also been impressed with how quickly my tan is developing and I certainly see the results daily as soon as I tan. I am 100% satisfied with the service I have received and continue to go.....and I would recommend that any other person in need of a nice tan go and try the relaxing experience of indoor tanning with Time2Tan. The facility is Always clean and neat and there is ample parking for tanners. It is quite conveniently located in the lovely Knightdale area.

Pros: parking, location, flexibility of hours, fantastic employees and nice customers

Cons: wish it was closer to my home----but, I go there anyway---

Their web site has a coupon that if you give a good review you get a free tan. Not even a free tan will get Time 2 Tan a good reveiw from me. You know a business "needs" good reviews when they have to give something away free to get one. Their best employee is gone, a bunch of kids run the place and there is no customer service. If you want good gossip this is the place to go, not for a good tan.

Every time I go in Time 2 Tan they know me by name, the customer service is exceptional. The beds and rooms are always clean. The even had new bulbs and its winter almost!!!!! LOVE IT

I tried this salon and found I got more sun elsewhere. I bought a month package and did not get very tan. It is defintaly not worth the price. When I mentioned this all they did was try to sell me more lotion and an even more expensive package. I would not recommend it.

I agree the staff is very disorganized, I too experienced them being behind whenever i made an appointment. I have heard several unhappy exchanges while i was waiting. I have chosen not to go back there again. It is worth the trip into Raleigh to get quality and good customer service.

Why bother to take appointments, everytime you make one they tell you they are behind. The staff is very unorganized, the manager didn't last 2 weeks, much less they change staff all the time (fyi the new owner has been there LESS than a year, so how can you say they have the same employees for a year?), unless you go at the same time every saturday someone different will be working and not recognize you. If you ask they owner she will tell you she trained herself to airbrush - where are her certificates of airbrush tanning certification? Seems they all need to be trained in the industry!

Pros: Good parking, Lobby is nice

Cons: Untrained Staff, Always behind, Equipment is not new

I love going in and being called by name, the same employees have been there for over a year and they are so knowledgeable about the lotions and the tanning beds. The new owner has taken classes and knows so much about the airbrush tanning and the lotions she is so helpful. It is so relaxing and such a great place to go!!!! I Highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!

My husband & I love tanning at Time 2 Tan. It's nice to walk in the door & be recognized immediately & called by name. We enjoy both the high intensity booth & bed. It's great to be in & out in under 15 minutes! Sherry is great at recommending just the right lotion for your individual tingle and bronzing requirements :)
