5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

I just left the slaon for the first time and it was a wonderful experience, Patrick Pridgen does a wonderful job, listens to what you want and makes your time there a treat. I have followed him there from Wakeforest,, I have very thick hair and it takes a certain talent to make it look good and he has it. I always receive compiaments on the cut and color. I highly recomend him to anyone.

I don't understand the recent bad reviews. I went there for the first time and loved the experience. I was greated pleasantly, and offered hot tea or water. The atmosphere was clean and nice. I had my hair cut and colored and it turned out perfectly. I enjoyed my experience so much that I am booking myself and my bridesmaids to have our hair and makeup done for my wedding @ Generations.

Pros: great staff and service

I decided to go to this place because it's near my house but now I wish I'd driven further. This was the first time in my life that I've ever received a haircut that was physically painful. The man who cut my hair was so rough I had tears in my eyes--I guess he couldn't hear my screams over the sounds of the hair dryer. He butchered my layers and then had the nerve to tell me after he'd finished my cut that I need to grow them out. Hello, you're the one who just cut them so short, weirdo! I will never set foot in that place again. Oh, and it's an Aveda salon, which usually means you get some sort of spa treatment with your 'do--in this case it consisted of him silently handing me a warm washcloth for my hands. I'm irritated that I wasted my money at this place and now have a crappy haircut that will take months to grow out. Avoid this place if you value your head!

Pros: Close to my house

Cons: Everything else about it

I received the worst cut and color ever. The man who I went to was incredibly rough with my hair throughout the whole process and I walked out with mauve hair when I wanted a light brown! I asked him just to trim the ends and he ended up cutting 2 inches off. I also got a pedicure and she massaged my toes for about 1 minute. I've had better pedis at the place next door for almost half the price. Worst experience I've had in a salon in years!

Pros: close to the house

Cons: poorly staffed

I had one of the lamest pedicures of my life---thank goodness it was a gift because I would have been more upset if I'd had to pay for it myself. The young lady was very nice, but the glycolic pedicure seemed like a half hearted attempt on her part. She didn't even know that they had one on their service menu. I have had better pedicures at strip mall chop shops. For $55, I expect a little more than I got. Don't waste your money on pedicures there. If you want to get your money's worth, get a glycolic shower. That is worth it!

I was a regular at the Creedmoor Road salon for years, and always happy with the cut/service and value. When they opened in Briercreek, I went once. They charged me $70 for a cut, which was nearly double what I'd been charged prior. They lost me due to price, I'm just not into overpaying for a haircut. Nothing wrong with the cut, nothing wrong with the service, I just refuse to pay that much for a cut.

I have never dealt with such unprofessional, chaotic and unorganized people in my life! I had the worse experience and would not recommend this place to anybody! I came here to feel relaxed and be pampered and it’s not what I got. In addition, their employees keep changing all the time. They can't seem to keep good help for long! Stay away!

Pros: none

Cons: unprofessional, rude, bad customer service, noisy, no ambience

I called stating "I'm with the Disabled American Veterans" and the man that answered said "No thanks" and hung up on me. I called back and got a lady that I explained what happened that said they were having problems with phones. They don't do appointments outside of the office which is what I was looking for, but would not have went with them. They're seemingly too busy to "deal" with customers, so doubt anyone would get the special attention they deserve.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my time here. I am very picky with my salons and the only reason I went here was because they had availability and it looked nice. I was very dissatisfied with my entire experience. When I called to speak with someone about this after being put on hold twice for almost ten minutes. I was told to bad. That's it , they don't care about making sure that the customer is satisfied all they care about is taking advantage about people. I will never go back here and I do not recommended this salon along with all the other reviews. If the salon put a little more effort in customer satisfaction it would make all the difference, unfortunately it is not the case here.

Pros: looks nice

Cons: price

i was offered a pass from a girlfriend to use their services that she already paid for but couldnt use since she was going out of town - i just had a baby and i was very gracious to get a massage but wanted to let my mom get the complimentary haircut in place of watching my baby while i got the massage - i made the appt the day before with the receptionist and my mom drove me there the day of the appt and waited with the baby til her appt - when it came time for her appt i was told that they could not transfer the service - the terms of service blah blah blah - i said to the current receptionist that i made the appt with the understanding that it was fine - she asked "did i speak with the manager about it?" which i had not - the receptionist who made the appointment told me it would be fine - why would i then ask to speak to a manger? i was very disappointed that the girl at the desk could not see what an inconvenience the miscommunication among the staff had now caused me and my mother - she waited in the car for an hour and a half ! the massage itself was great - but what happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE?~ WOULD IT REALLY HAVE BEEN THAT DIFFICULT TO JUST CUT MY MOTHERS HAIR INSTEAD OF MINE ? I WILL NOT GO BACK~
