I ordered furniture from a store and several weeks after placing my order I was notified that the items had gone on back order. I was told that there is no time frame of when I can expect my pieces to arrive. I called USA Baby/Child Space because they carried the same manufacturer and spoke to the manager about my situation. Exactly a week and a half later I received the exact furniture I ordered from the other store! The manager was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help me out in my time of frustration. Customer service is unmatched and I learned that first hand. I will definitely be buying my next baby's furniture from this store and maybe one of those nice big play sets too!
