I read the reviews before I went to this place with friends and was leary but wanted to try Bison so we went anyway. As it turned out this place is great. I'm not sure what issues the previous reviewers had but we had a great time. Our server was very friendly and nice and our food was cooked as we ordered it, came out in a very reasonable time and we were asked several times if we needed anything else. The server even took the time to explain bison to us and that it should not be cooked well done like beef is or it would be dry. We sat on the bar side where the atmosphere was very warm and pleasant. Overall we had a fantastic time and will be back for sure. The only thing we wished they had was hard liquor in additon to beer and wine. If this place had slipped for awhile as some said - it is definately back on track and is great.
Pros: Bison!!!! Great Service in a Great Atmosphere
Cons: No Liquor although they said it would be coming soon.
