Great night on the Town, I was visting friends and family and decided to take a limo for a night out and we had used absolute Elegance ,since we had used them in the past and was pleased with the service. The driver was courteous and professional and accommodating . The limo was clean and absolutly beautiful .We made several stops and was on time ,our group was very inpressed , everyone said they felt like royalty. we had a great time thanks to absolute elegance . Would highly reccommend Absolute Elegance service to anyone

I trusted Absolute Elegance with a very important night. A group of us had a horrible experience on New Years Eve at a very hyped up party, so we felt like we should re-do our New Years by having a Limo Night. I contacted Absolute Elegance, and received such wonderful service, excellent pricing, and the night itself was flawless. The driver was full of personality, yet totally professional. We were picked up on time, and taken to each of our destinations with no problem. We all had the time of our lives, and each of us agreed that we had finally had, the best New Years eve we possibly could have had! :)

Pros: Everything!

Cons: Nothing!

New Years Eve Stretch Escalade stretch showed up as planned 9PM minus a working sound system :-( Driver clueless and on the phone to office but cant get it to function. They told me if I wasn't happy, I could cancel the ride (and they keep the $200 non refundable deposit). They fixed it an hour later after drop off at 1st location. Didn't use the car much, just really to avoid having to drive to parties. Driver didnt know his way around and needed turn by turn navigation assistance way too often for Raleigh/Cary addresses. So forget using that privacy partition and feeling like you hired a driver to worry about that. Why dont these cars have navigation systems? Very rough ride, fast starts and sudden stops. One causing a coke to spill on one girls dress and 2 people to be thrown off their seats onto the floor. Not what you expect when your dressed to the T's and trying not to spill on yourself. But driver threatened a sanitation fee for the car spillage! Hired car for 6 hours. Car made last drop off at 3:15AM. Driver asked me to initial the paperwork at 3:20 (5 minutes later, but I initialed 3:20AM nonetheless) Guess what. Charged for extra hour + 20% tip on it. I will never use this company again or ANY of their Limo company names (a few) they offer under JOHN R. ENTERPRISE ICARY NC

Pros: Nice Cars; able to accomodate booking and seem top operate under a vaiety of names

Cons: lack of driving skill and knowledge of the area; lots of extra charges they will add on

I got married two weeks ago and used 2 of their cars. One SUV for the bridal party and the Antique car at the end of the night. My best friend got married a month ago and used another limo company in the area and they showed up late, so I was nervous. But our driver showed up 20 minutes early and we had a BLAST on the way to the church and then again on the way to the reception!! I would HIGHLY recommend this limousine service to anyone for any occasion. Although I will not be getting married again....I will use this service for another night out...possibly our 1 year anniverary :)

First of all they called at 10:00 am the day of the wedding and said the limo had broken down, and the only other option was a Hummer - not quite what we had in mind. To be fair, they did find us another service, but the driver didn't know where to go and had to ask the bridal party to constantly direct him. On top of that the door had black grease on it, which ended up on the white wedding dress. The company was non-responsive for requests of a refund, both in e-mail and over the phone. They would not even acknowledge my request, let alone deny it. They'll get back with you in a hurry if they get a job, but don't expect much for service if they fail to live up to expectations. Since paid extra for a particular style of car and ended up with the standard, the least they could have done is refund the difference. Will NEVER use again.

Cons: Car broke down, driver did not know where to go, grease on car door, poor customer service

I have used Absolute Elegance several time, most recently to go to a Panther's game in Charlotte. The drivers are always professional and the vehicles always clean. I have used other services in the past, and by far have found Absolute Elegance to provide the best service around. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a limo!

I had very important clients flying into RDU for a business meeting and I had Absolute Elegance pick them up and bring them to the meeting. They were on time, assisted my clients with their luggage, and were very professional and courteous. My clients were very happy- which in return makes me very happy. I will continue to use Absolute Elegance for my future business and personal needs. Thank you.

My husband and I had a wonderful night out as a result of Absolute Elegance Limousine Service. Our driver did an amazing job. He was very friendly and made us feel 100% at ease. The limo as well was great and so was the customer service. They were very professional and on top of everything. I would definately recommend them to anyone. By far the best limousine service I have ever experienced.

best ride ever. good deal frendly serves had a birthday party in the humer .the owner chirs was our driver we had the time of our lives the birthday girl had the best time ever her 41st birthday first one in nc see she is from cal i just had to show her how nc can have fun in stile with absolute elegance and if you need a grate ride i would call tha best a round absolute elegance limoe servise from 1212amber

Ok. First of all, the limo was late. Secondly, they didn't call the main number, they called the second. They didn't know how to get to the church or reception. After dropping the bridal party off at the church, the limo driver went to get "lunch" and was gone for over 2 hours!!! The company wasn't flexible at all with re-imbursing for poor service and for being gone during the time that we had paid for. Oh, did I mention that when the limo finally showed up, there was evidence that someone else had used the limo while during our reserved time. As you can guess, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. ever!
