I am a medium sized business owner. I have had Petronella Computer Consultants as my support team for over 4 years. They answer all of my questions. They respond quickly to all of my service calls. Their salesman Craig is informative and gave us multiple options for hardware and service levels. I have had the pleasure of working with 2 of their techs Richard and Vince. Both of these guys are polite, technically savvy, prompt, and take the time upon request to explain things in terms that I can understand. I decided to purchase a flat rate service from them based on what I was spending yearly. With that service they forsee issues with my computers and network before they happen so it decreases downtime from hardware failures. I strongly disagree with the previous reviewer. If I had an issue I would go to these guys and ask them about it and not post anonymously. At least have the common decency to contact someone to have a problem resolved instead of just bashing them on a public forum. Poor taste and poor judgement. No one is perfect. In business you have to expect the unexpected. To make snap judgements based on a lack of knowledge is just plain dumb. To say that what these guys do is "simple" is also just plain dumb. If it was so simple there would not be any computer service people in this world. You had them come in for a reason......because you couldn't do it yourself.

Recommended expensive computer equipment we did not need. Burned hours unnecessarily. Could not perform the simplest installation of a new server without 4 additional trips by 3 different techs--which they charged for! TIP: Set your computers to automatic update at 3am and save yourself the expense of having this company come in to perform "monthly updates".
Pros: Sound intelligent, talk a good game.
Cons: Execution is terrible and used up what was to be one year support time in 3 months.
