This dry cleaners is the best I've been to! I've tried out many other dry cleaners but this one stood out to me. I've been coming here for about 5 years and they've never failed my expectations and I always left satisfied. Before I heard of this dry cleaners from a friend, I went to two other dry cleaners near my job. I spilled wine on my khaki pants and both dry cleaners failed to get out the stain, for whatever reason. So I complained to my friend and she recommended Brier Creek Cleaners. I was thrilled that they got the stain out! They've been doing a great job ever since!
Pros: Very convenient location, and always greets people with a big smile!
Cons: The only bad thing is that they close at 3:30 on Saturdays.

Do not take your clothes to this dry cleaner. I took a jacket there to get it cleaned and it did not look like they cleaned it at all. It looked exactly the same. They did not offer a discount or gave me my money back. WORST JOB ever. They do not know what they are doing, do not waste your $$$$.
Pros: good location
Cons: Bad customer service and worst job ever..they do not know what they are doing

I just moved to the area & decided to try the Brier Creek Cleaners. They have a big sign behind the cash register which describes their focus on customer satisfaction. It is even claims that they will gladly redo an item if you are not satisfied. Well, I can say that this is completely NOT true. I asked them to a redo a stain on a pair of pants & they refused. They became very angry about it and seemed quite insulted. When I pointed out that it was actually more trouble for me as I would have to come back again for these pants, they then said I was lying about the stain & that it was not there. A very strange experience and I would definitely not use them again. Note that there are other dry cleaners in the same shopping center that are a lot nicer.
Pros: in Brier Creek
Cons: poor customer service, parking is difficult

I took an expensive pair of pants with a 3 inch cuff to be hemmed. I told them I needed them to be shorter by 2 and a half inches. When I got them home after picking them up, my pants no longer have a cuff!!! Why would I have bought a pair of pants with a 3 inch cuff if I didn't want a cuff?? I took them back to have them fixed, but there is no way they can restore my 3 inch cuff, they cut off all of the excess fabric which means they cut 5 and a half inches worth of fabric off of these pants. At most they may be able to restore 1 inch. I am picking them up tomorrow so we will see what they have done.
Pros: It is in a nice area...
Cons: They ruined my pants!
