This was a great experience. I did not have a single problem and all questions were answered with utmost professionalism. This is the third home that I have used Stroud's to handle the upholstery as well as the design. I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of good professional service.

My experience with the upholstery shop is that they do an excellent job on the actual upholestery. It's the part that comes before and the part that comes after that is hard. Their policies are more restrictive than competitors, and while they stock beautiful things, you can wait for up to a year for things to come in (while you've paid for it up front). If you go there, buy what's on the floor or don't buy it. The customer service is cordial and pleasant, but that doesn't make your merchandise come in faster. All in all, they have lovely merchandise but slow suppliers.
