I haven been a customer for 10 years and really have loved this place. Highly Recommended... I would not go anywhere else.

Five Star... Same day service and Great Quality. The store can be extremely busy on the weekends so parking can be tuff. The staff at the counter is great.

I have been a customer of Dry Clean City for years. They do a great job ! I have had a problem or two but have always had the owner take care of it. I think the some of the reviews are not in anyway an accurate depiction of there profession service. Most people only take the time to review when they are upset. I am a business owner too and its unfortunate that everyone hasn't had the experience of pleasing the public. I recommend the store highly. Ask for "Rich" the owner when you go in he is great.

This place does a decent job cleaning your clothes but God help you if you should have a customer service issue. The one in Cary is the worst - a woman by the name of Lola is in charge - she has horrible manners, could not care less if you are the customer, and does not even stand there long enough to listen to you, she simply walks away, she was the rudest person I have EVER had to deal with. I highly recommend AVOIDING her. A business that does not respect the customer is a doomed business.

This is a pitiful excuse for a dry cleaners.... TORE 2 shirts and the owner did NOTHING except deny tearing the shirts.......What happened: employees unbutton the button down collars. They are not careful and tear the buttons off. While tearing the buttons off if the buttons were attached well then they tear a hole in the shirt......BEWARE THEY MAY BE CHEAP BUT IF THEY RUIN YOUR CLOTHES AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT HOW CHEAP ARE THEY??????? SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER SHE DID NOTHING. STORE OWNER DENIED ALL FAULT AND DID NOTHING

these guys clean clothes over and over in dirty solutions--i know because my cousin works there. its ok if you want to get something done, but if you care about your clothes and the smell take them elsewhere. i guess it just comes down to: you get what you pay for.

Wow!! I have surfed the web all over the world and I have never read such a load of B-S about a dry cleanres. I could hardly tell the owner posted those reveiws. Try a commercial next time!

Great Customer service and the price is right. I have lived all over the world and The Dry Clean City in Cary North Carolina is the best cleaner I have every been too. Some day service with a smile :).

Great Service and Great Prices. Finley a place with real customer service and I got my King Comforter cleaned for $ 9 bucks. WoW. I wouldnt go anywhere else !!!
