A great hotel with superb customer service, I use this hotel every time I am on business here. The Manager, Mark Latu, is always available to answer questions, will even bring you extra towels if his staff is busy. Staff is always professional and eager to help in any way. Great credit to you Mark and your staff on a excellent job. I travel frequently and stay in many hotels over the course of a year but I always look forward to coming to Raleigh and staying at this hotel. S.L. Yakobowski Ottawa, Ontario

What a great hotel. I travel a lot and I rarely find this level of customer service. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and the hotel was very nicely decorated. I will continue to stay here every time that I am in the area and I will definetly recommend it to others.
Pros: clean, service, decor, managers receptions, close to airport, airport shuttle service

The AmeriSuites at the Raleigh Airport is THE hotel to stay at in Raleigh. I have never stayed at a nicer, more plush hotel. The service was extremely wonderful and pleasant. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I will always stay here, what a value!
