When I visited this store without an appointment I was greeted and helped right away. The staff was very freindly and helpful. I put a deposit on a dress but unfortunately my younger brother passed away and we decided to call off the wedding for a little while. Even though I signed a contract saying that my deposit was nonrefundable or exchangable they told me they could not issue a refund but they would keep my payment on file so I could come back and order the dress when we were ready to have the wedding. I didn't try to or expect to get anything back and I thought I would loose my deposit completely since it was a part of my initial agreement and my husband and I decided not to plan a wedding while me and the rest of my family were greiving the loss of my brother. I will definately consider coming back when we decide to have the wedding again. This place deserves a good review.
